All-around fantastic trip!

Laurent was fantastic! If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would. The entire experience of working with him was wonderful, and the trip he planned for us far exceeded our expectations. He planned our 9-day driving trip (two couples) to Slovenia (Bled, Ljubljana, Postojna) and Croatia (Plitvice, Sibenik, and Split). He made sure our entire itinerary was easily accessible in the Kimkim app, with all transfers and vouchers for our excursions loaded in one place. Every detail was listed, including recommendations outside of our planned activities (restaurants, sites to see, scenic stops while driving from place to place).
Laurent worked within our budget and found some truly spectacular locations for us to stay. The hotels were perfect in every way, with beautiful accommodations and friendly, helpful staff. During our trip, Laurent reached out multiple times to make sure everything was going well. This was truly one of the best all-around experiences we've had. Many thanks to Laurent!
Hotel Review
Such a special place to stay while enjoying our time near Lake Bled and the Gorje. Charming, modern, cozy (think hygge!) accommodations, and the staff were fantastic. Can't say enough about the restaurant. We ate dinner at the hotel both nights and had fabulous meals. The breakfasts are over the top as well. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
