The guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. They also took extra steps to make our handicapped group members feel comfortable.
The van driver from Farsund to Arendal went above and beyond to take some small detours at our request which permitted us to see some sights otherwise would be missed.
The extra effort to coordinate with family in Farsund and the guide making sure that their reception of us went very well made our group very very happy that we had made the journey.
Hotel Reviews
The staff was excellent and prepared for us. The faciity and rooms need updating.
The hotel was great in every respect except in staff communications. We had arranged with the hotel for a private room for a dinner for our Norwegian family members. When those guests arrived at the hotel, they did not know how to find us and the staff was not aware of the dinner being held by the hotel for us on the 3rd floor. This lack of information to the reception staff and lack of a lobby sign took away from an otherwise perfect dinner experience.
Our visit was brief, but the accommodations and food were excellent.
Everything was better than expected. However, as we were a large group and had planned a year ahead, not being prepared for our arrival was disappointing. However, the staff did rebound quickly saving the day.
The best airport hotel that a frequent traveler could hope for.
