Carlos was always very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He had many good ideas for the trip, and most importantly, he chose a perfect guide and driver for our family trip. Our guide, Margarita, was a biologist who had a vast knowledge of bird, plant and wildlife, but she was also great with kids, making up various games and contests to keep them engaged. Enrique was also very knowledgable and accommodating to kids and my mom, who is 85 and couldn't participate in many of the activities, so he often stayed with her. We had a wonderful time and learned a lot about the beautiful country.
