Planning my Thailand trip became so overwhelming that I looked for a professional travel planner to guide me. I am so very happy that KimKim matched me with Jeab, my local specialist. Jeab is an excellent communicator, and she is knowledgeable and flexible, adjusting the itinerary multiple times to accommodate my requests. Jeab is also extremely patient and polite. I loved my stay here. The rooftop pool, and the river views, are spectacular. It is a large high-rise place with a shopping mall attached to it, and it does have the vibe of a big place for tourists from around the world. It's also located on the river and offers a free boat shuttle which is a super amenity.

Authenticity & Character
It is just a steel and glass high rise, like an office building. I like modern places, and I also like small boutiques with local charm. This is a great hotel but just now all that much to look at.

Riverside location is fantastic.

Always helpful and smiling. Gave good advice when I requested guidance.
