All of the drivers and tour guides were personable, informative and knowledgeable. I enjoyed each and every one, with a special fondness for Giannis, our guide for our Santorini food tour.
Also, special mention to Angeliki for keeping us informed when we experienced a couple of weather and travel issues. She answered all our questions promptly no matter what time we reached out, paticularly when our ferry from Santorini to Heraklion was delayed. All in all, I was more than satisfied with all steps of the process.

Generally excellent. We wished there was more storage available for unpacking clothing, for example a dresser or cabinet.

Fantastic location in a beautiful spot overlooking the city. Easy access to amazing restaurants, shops, etc.
Staff
Our staff interactions were mainly with restaurant personnel. They were all great, particularly the young woman serving our breakfast.
