Eleonora and Lorenzo were the absolute best! Our trip to Italy was organized quickly and easily until my travel partner fell and broke the top of her foot two weeks before we left. Much of the trip had to be reorganized and again, the concern, double checking of handicap accessibility and arranging extra assistance through out the trip was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for a job well done!!

Rosie was the absolute best at helping the desk staff find us a room that had no steps and roomy enough for handicap accessibility. She was kind and friendly throughout the entire stay!! She deserves to be a manager she is that good!!!

The front desk staff were not very friendly and we felt that we inconvenienced them because we had special needs for handicap accessibility. Could not assist with selection of restaurants, one gave us one choice.
