Two weeks in Portugal

This was the first time I used KimKim. It was an easy and fun experience to plan with James. He was responsive, informative and courteous. When our family (with 16 and 18 year old boys) actually went on the trip, everything ran smoothly (with the exception of one slight delay in a pick up due to a mechanical issue which was quickly solved) and all the tour guides and drivers were excellent. We booked smaller, boutique style hotels which were just what I asked…clean, quiet, and central. The one in Lisbon especially had fantastic service and a beautiful rooftop terrace overlooking the city. James introduced us to Rocio right before the trip and she was available to assist if we needed. She called to introduce herself at our hotel when we landed in Lisbon and text us during the trip to ask how we were doing. It was a comfort to know we could talk to her if something didn’t go according to plan. Overall, our family of four had a trip we will always remember! We learned so much about the history, food and culture of Portugal and the time spent together as a family was truly precious. Thank you James and Rocio for everything! We would recommend you to everyone who wants to plan a unique and unforgettable trip. Obrigada!
