KimKim's 24 hr staff smoothed out any hiccups

Siena, Aliana and Chinh at KimKim were he best. The organized a great 10 dat trip around Australia. Someone was there for us at every turn. They adjusted our trip to accommodate my husband's increased disability. The fellows at the transport companies provided special services.
Our guided tours from small and larger groups to private tours all worked well. Any hiccups were smothed out by KimKim's staff on call 24 hours a day!

Very well kept and easily accessible for people in mobility devices. Rooms are pretty far fe from the reception and restaurant area

Plenty of space for our suitcases. Good AC for summer!
Peninsula Boutique Hotel

Do not arrive after 6pm! No person on site! We had to move luggage up three stairs plus my husband's mobility scooter. No one to help. AC was broken. They were able to get it fixed later in the day! Kitchen closed for the time we needed it. Bar closed, too! Reception was very nice .... when they were there!

Shuttles took some planning. Okay if you have no trouble walking.
