Right from the very beginning when planning our trip the experience was excellent. Hara planned our trip and on the first draft got 99% exactly what we wanted. We requested one change and she made an excellent choice. Everything from the personal driver pickup from airport to hotel to ports was perfect. The hotel choices were amazing. One of the best trips ever!

The cruise was cancelled due to high winds so we were unable to go on the cruise. KimKim refunded our money.
