First of all, i would like to thank Kim Kim, Svavar and Tommy for arranging and executing our trip in Finland really well.

We are group of 11 (3 of them is toddler) from Indonesia and this was our first time trip to Rovaniemi. Me and my family was very satisfied with the service. The communication with Local specialist was flawless and they really patient with us, the transportation provided was very good (very punctual and decent small bus /car), the activity schedule was ok (just last day a bit packed and we were very tired but still acceptable), and the vendor selection was great too ( some accommodate toddler to join the activity).
