The trip was amazing, I knew virtually nothing about Oaxaca so the tours provided were perfect, giving me a good overview of the city and region. The hotel was unique, a bio friendly set with a rather novel toilet arrangement that may not be good for everyone but it was clearn, safe and centrally located so easy to get around on foot. Very good experience.

Niyana Biocultural Hotel

It was a unique set up with a novel toilet arrangement tat may not be suitable for everyone but was clean and centrally located which was nice. Hosts were friendly, I like that we connected by WhatsApp so they were available quickly for any questions, issue.

I only have an issue with the tequila tour- the English speakers were taken by an English guide who, frankly, had a poor command of the language. I felt we (only 2 English speakers) did not get a good overview of the history of tequila, how it was made, etc.
