Pauline was wonderful! She was very detailed and organized with our plans. She was very attentive to my needs as a disabled traveler. There were some hiccups on the trip but none of them had anything to do with Pauline or Kimkim and anything we approached her with pertaining to those problems she went above and beyond to help rectify. When we travel abroad again we will be using Kimkim!!
