Julie was an incredible help throughout our trip planning and beyond. She was there every step of the way, always with a smile on her face and an upbeat, client-centric attitude that made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Her preparation was thorough and thoughtful, and she followed up diligently on every detail, including working to resolve a car rental mismatch with Sixt and a refund for a flamenco show dinner that didn’t go as planned. What stood out most was her sweetness, kindness, and patience. She kept us updated every step of the way and made sure everything was handled properly, even after the trip was over. I’d recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares about getting things right for their clients.
