We had an amazing time in Costa Rica and greatly appreciated the work Bryan did to plan and coordinate all of the incredible experiences. While we are traveling, any time we had a question, issue or needed to make a change, the Kim Kim team was responsive and helpful- which made us feel like we had a friend in Costa Rica to ensure we had a great time. Overall- truly amazing experience and once in a lifetime adventure for our family!

What a dream…I cannot recommend of express more how incredible this hotel and their staff is, every aspect of the stay was well thought out, and executed. From the facilities to the food to the little things (like providing free laundry service and frog exploration tours at night with their amazing driver) this place sets the bar for excellence.
