HIgh praise for an amazing team!

I cannot praise the KimKim team enough. From the very start when we were planning our trip, Ravi was not only hugely helpful, but exceptionally flexible and understanding, making multiple changes to the itinerary. Ravi was always super quick in responding to our queries.
Throughout the trip the local guides and our driver looked after us beautifully. Guides were not only knowledgeable but fun and flexible, responding to the needs of the group. Would particularly pick out Jay in Delhi who changed the whole of the itinerary for our second day based on the what the group had enjoyed on the first. Our lovely driver Vijay who got us safely across Rajasthan and again nothing was too much trouble
Finally the team back in the office (Priya, Raj and of course the amazing Ravi) were superb during the trip, checking in with us and making sure everything was working like clockwork. They even managed to book extra hotels/cars/trains for us at very short notice THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! We will be booking with you again
