Highly professional and responsive staff who did a great job recommending, arranging and coordinating hotels, ground transportation, excursions/guides and dining options. Everything was first class and when problems arose (and there were not many) they addressed them quickly and effectively. Would not have had nearly as good of an experience without the skill and support we received from kimkim.
