Entire trip was flawless, great plans, communication and help the entire time. Will definitely be using KimKim again and thankful for an unforgettable family vacation in Mexico.

Great location, most staff very friendly and helpful, but we were placed on a noisy floor with the rooftop bar club music blaring very late and sometimes did not have hot water.
