Very clean---we were only there for one night and this was a good fit for us. There were 4 of us and the room would have felt a bit tight had we been staying longer.

Interesting hotel as the hallways are really dark but the rooms are bright and cheery. It has a really cool rooftop bar/check in area. It's kind of hidden and I'm glad we finally figured out we had to walk into the walkway thru various stores to get to the right entrance point.

Really cool activity and the views are impressive. Going earlier in the day makes it less crowded up top.

Beautiful view and we really enjoyed getting off the train mid way down and hiking back to Zermatt (I would highly recommend doing that but makes sure you use a map app on your phone as it's easy to get lost with so many trails)

This was a really cool experience; loved that we had transport to both the cheese and chocolate factory ... the train ride up was really scenic. We brought along our own picnic and had it at the park near the church in Gruyeres. Highly recommend doing that as it made the day very relaxing to be able to sit outside for lunch.

Very easy to use but definitely get the Swiss train app so that you know when trains are coming. Make sure you arrive before the train coming in gets there so you can get on the train right away as some trains get really busy.
