We just finished our amazing trip to Switzerland! Caroline was so helpful ! She listened to our ideas and planned our trip so well according to our needs. She put our itinerary, travel documents and tickets all in one place on the kimkim app to make them easy to find. Since we had never used trains and buses before she suggested that we use the SBB app to help us navigate our itinerary. We also met many helpful travelers along the way that showed us how to make the train transfers. Caroline was very professional and answered our questions in a timely manner. We are very grateful for her assistance and are happy to recommend her as your tour guide.

Flawless doesn't begin to describe our first experience working with Valentine and the Kim Kim team! Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect! Every hotel, guide, transport, hotel, included meal was a 10/10! We have been on several trips organized by a professional and this one will forever stand out. Our trip was by no means "cookie cutter". We found something similar (we visited the Swiss Alps and Italian Lake district) but through perfect and extremely timely communication with Valentine, she was able to customize our adventure to put continuous smiles on our faces (there were four of us) for the entire 2 weeks.

From E-bike tours to our personalized / private cooking class in Bellagio to our lake tour(s) and grotto lunch, Kim Kim and Valentine have given us brilliant memories that will last a lifetime! Thank you Kim Kim! We WILL be back!

Our experience was wonderful! We got to the hotel early and our room was not ready yet. Christina (her and Maria were fantastic!!) still checked us in and was able to get us a table at the hotel’s restaurant. After a long travel day, it was great to just relax. The hotel is in the perfect spot! There are so many restaurants to choose from just a few steps out of the hotel doors. There is even a little pharmacy shop right across the hotel that has some essentials you may have forgotten! You are a 30 second walk to the river where you can take in views of that, the amazing architecture and mountains. I highly recommend booking your stay here. I know I will be back!

Our trip to Switzerland was amazing. We enjoyed where we were booked and our various tours. We had no problems with transfers and travel was easy.

Our agent, Clothilde, worked with me over several months and with many changing conditions to make this work. We originally had 4 travelers, then 5, then 6! She worked with all of this and made it all work nicely.

We spent four nights in Interlaken and then five in Zurich. Tours in each location were great and we had appropriate time to just "hang out". If I had to do it again, I think I would do five nights in Interlaken (this location is just so amazing) and four in Zurich, if only to spend a bit more time in Lauterbrunnen which is crazy awesome, imo. Also, I should note that the trip up to Jungfraujoch was completely whited out by snow; but it was still fun to ride the gondola, train, and then play in the snow and tour the complex, but maybe you should look at time of year (we were in May).

This hotel was very nice and breakfast was good. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay for five nights. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby, and the light-rail, and a grocery is very close too. The staff was also very friendly. We had a bit of problem with where to put our things - more storage or cabinets would have been nice. We had a lot of stuff for a long stay (we were in Europe for two weeks) and that was a bit challenging, but we made it work with no real problems.

This hotel was very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast and hanging out at the bar (a bit). Loved the location, loved the hotel staff, loved everything about this stay. My only wish is that they had some way to charge phones near the nightstands, but this was honestly not a big issue for us.

Appenzell experience: Mountains, Chocolate & Cheese

I've rated this as 5/5 but we had to put some constraints on the tour guide that were probably not fair, and that resulted in a tour that was probably not as it could have been. That said, the farm we visited was awesome, but it didn't make milk for cheese, and we never saw an cheese getting made. Maybe that's our fault for changing the itinerary, but the farm had alpacas and llamas, so I don't think it was ever really about that. And I don't think we ended all that much early. We had a great time. Please do not question this. It just feels like the description didn't match up - and would not have even if we had not modified it.

We can't say enough on how perfect and wonderful our trip was. Everything from the Hotels to the excursions and tours/classes were perfect. Melanie helped up start and plan our journey back last year, she transitioned to another role and we were put into the lovely hands of Clothide and Nathalie for the final touches and our trip. This is the second time I've used kimkim for international travel and they did not disappoint! Nathalie was very understanding and created the perfect itinerary for our girl's trip to Switzerland. She was even able to accommodate me when I added my son and his girlfriend to a portion of our trip. We visited Geneva, Lausanne, Interlaken & Zurich and each place had it's own beauty and charm. Switzerland is a beautiful country and all of our tours were fabulous. They included city tours, a wine tour, and one rainy day in Interlaken, our guide improvised and showed us some great places that were different from what we expected. All of the hotels were also wonderful and at the Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken, they gave us connecting rooms so we could all hang out together at the end of each day. Kimkim also provided all of our transfers to and from each hotel so we didn't have to worry about finding our own way. They provide truly exceptional service and I will definitely be using them again!

Mathilde helped us plan a wonderful trip to Zurich, Bavaria, and Munich.

Hotels were nice, clean, comfy, with excellent included breakfasts. We enjoyed our trip from Zurich to the Black Forest of Germany with Sergio very much. The Lindt Chocolate factory tour was also a highlight. Le D'ezaley and Swiss Chuchi were two very good meals in Zurich, both recommended by Mathilde.

Then we moved on to Lindau, Fussen, and Neuschwanstein Castle with our tour guide, Paul. The Castle was unforgettable in the snow.

After traveling by train to Munich, Mathilde's driver was awaiting our arrival and took us to our hotel and then to the Viktualienmarkt for our food tour with Kevin. He was fantastic!

Finally, our tour of FC Bayern Munich's Allianz Stadium was a highlight for our children while later that day, enjoying a liter of beer at Augustiner Keller was a highlight for me.

Thank you, Mathilde for planning a wonderful trip to an area of the world that I did not know much about. Initially, I had some reservations about hiring KimKim and Mathilde, but everything was smooth and well organized and I would use them again without hesitation.

The whole process, from planning to the actual trip, was seamless. Nathalie was thorough and answered all of my questions along the way. Our tour guides were excellent. Really happy with how everything came together.

A solid 4-star option in St. Moritz. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and a grocery store. Breakfast is good and the staff is genuinely friendly. One unexpected perk — a free gym, which is rare for 4-star hotels in Switzerland. The rooms are modern and well renovated. One thing to be aware of: the building is older, and the hallways have quite a few steps up and down, so it may not be the best choice for those with accessibility needs.

Our tour guide Alan was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts about Switzerland. The tour included a stop at the Lindt chocolate factory followed by dinner on top of a mountain with a stunning view of Zurich. A great combination. My teenage son, who is generally hard to impress, genuinely enjoyed it — which says a lot. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich.

She put together an incredible vacation for me and my teenage daughter on very short notice — just two months — and somehow made a magical multi-stop trip across Switzerland that met our requirements (no driving, nice hotels in walking distance to train and fun snow activities in the Alps)

As someone who listened to a meticulous planner, I was blown away by her attention to detail. Every piece of the itinerary was thoughtfully designed, organized, and easy to follow. And when the inevitable travel hiccups popped up — in our case, winter weather in Switzerland — Valentine and her team at Mobee International were proactive and completely on top of it.

What truly set her apart was the personal touch. She scheduled a video call with me and my daughter early on to hear what we were hoping to experience before planning the trip, checked in with us at multiple points along the way, suggested new opportunities we might enjoy, and made herself available on short notice whenever we needed her. We always felt supported.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Valentine and her team at Mobee. If you’re looking for thoughtful planning, genuine care, and top-notch service, she’s the one.

My daughter, my niece and myself booked a winter ski trip to Switzerland last month. Our specialist Mathilde was phenomenal. She ensured we had an overall amazing ski experience and booked the right tours for our adventure. She was knowledgeable, and patient as I had lots of questions. She gave us recommendations as it relates to Christmas markets, must see places and shopping areas. The hotels were absolutely cozy and stunning. The restaurant recommendations were superb. We plan on taking another trip to Switzerland next winter. Our 8-day trip to Switzerland was awesome. Through their local travel partner, the kimkim team pulled together a great itinerary that hit many of the must-see spots in the country (and in Switzerland, it's hard to go wrong because every site / sight is postcard worthy). Their very detailed itinerary worked perfectly, and allowed us to be in charge of our destiny every day...we really liked that. In addition to specific planned activities, kimkim provided suggestions for a range of other activities and restaurants in each destination...really helpful.

With one exception, the hotels they selected were terrific, especially the more authentic ones in Grindelwald (Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof) and Zeramatt (Hotel Alpenhof). That said, our first hotel in Zurich was terrible...far from the 5-star we requested (we'll take some of the hit on this hotel because prior to travel we didn't dive into guest reviews...if we had we would have said something).

The highlight of the tour was a 6-hour E-bike tour with a group called Flying Wheels in Interlaken. The bikes were top notch, the route we rode was stunningly beautiful, and our guide George (so much fun and so knowledgeable about Switzerland) was the very best. The other star of the show was our 8-day Swiss Rail Pass...we had unlimited use of the country's outstanding rail system that is the best we've ever experienced.

Even though our trip went off without a hitch, here's a small suggestion...it might be nice for the local tour operator to check in on their guests mid-trip. We had a 24-hour emergency contact number and never felt exposed but that human touch is always good.

We loved Interlaken and the electric bike tour. It was the highlight of our time in Switzerland.

Our trip to Denmark and Switzerland was great! Some of the memorable parts of our stay in Copenhagen were taking a boat trip to some out of the beaten path places, checking out the oldest bakery in that city, visiting Rosenborg Castle and having dinner in Nyhavn. The next town we visited was Lucern in Switzerland and there we had the opportunity to take a ferry over gorgeous lake Lucern to a cog-rail train station and from there to Mount Rigi which had amazing views of the lakes below! We also had the best gelato on the promenade by the river and listened to some awesome jazz at the World Band Festival that was taking place there at the time. Not to be missed is the Lucern Museum of Transport. In our next city, Bern, we visited the beautiful Bern Cathedral where the organ was being played by one of several world class musicians who come to Bern just to play on this organ, magical! We also loved the collections being shown at the Bern Art Museum! The Paul Klee museum was also amazing if you’re into art! So all in all this was again a fantastic trip thanks to the Kim Kim team and especially Valentine, who was our trip coordinator.

The museum itself was good but one exhibit was closed and we didn’t like the exhibit we saw that much it just wasn’t our taste.

The drivers were all great and very proffetional! The guide that took us on the boat ride was also great, she took us to off the beaten path places and we loved that!

This kimkim trip was not quite as good as othrs we have taken. A little tricky getting a hold of kimkim for help on a couple of things. The trip was still great and we truly enjoyed Switzerland, just communication was not like other trips.

This is a must do. The ride is not hard and the scenery is breathtaking. Lunch is amazing and the tour guide was caring, infromative and a lot of fun.

The restaurant tour in Zurich was great.
Kimkim was very helpful

The trip was well planned and customized to our specific needs and requests. The entire trip worked flawlessly in terms of travel passes, hotel bookings etc., In the one instance where there was an issue with the hotel in Bern not having received payment from KimKim, it was reported and handled immediately. We did not suffer any interruption. The Alpenhof hotel in Grindelwald was a particularly outstanding hotel in which to stay followed by Hotel Alpenblick in Zermatt and Hotel Adler in Zurich. All in all, a terrific experience. One area for improvement would be timely delivery of travel documents as promised originally but they came through in adequate time. Thanks to Valentine and Amandine for the arrangements. Switzerland is stunningly beautiful and we hope to return another time.

We loved Switzerland, especially Grindelwald and Lucerne. The scenery was spectacular. Great views on the trains. Both guides Zooey and Joseph were fantastic.

Lugano was out favorite. Having. Very good weather there helped. While our choice to travel by train, we took on an itinerary requiring we do so every other day plus a couple of other touristic/panoramic trains. In retrospect, would spend a bit more time in each of fewer places. Would also strongly consider going to less commonly visited sites. Even slightly past peak season, the big ones like Jungfrauloch, the Gornegrat, crowded.

Switzerland is gorgeous, especially the mountains, valleys and lakes. Food is ridiculously expensive and most often not great. A few standouts: Der Werkstadt and Einhor n (pizza) in Lucerne, Taverne in Interlaken and Marlo (also pizza, pasta) in Zermatt. Zunfthaus Zur Waag in Zurich was very good for traditional Swiss.

Hotels: Villa Principe Leopoldo in Lugano excellent, but is up a hill requiring walking down, taking a car up or car both ways. Skip the restaurant there. Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken also very good incl changing our room due to noise from adjoing property (a Hooters and a Casino). Huge spa there we didn't take advantage of. Wellenberg in Zurich ok, but has portable, noisy a/c units. 22 Summits in Zermatt, small, modern but also no a/c. Very nice sauna there but only open 4-9? Art Deco Montana in Lucerne also very nice and has its own funicular (also up a hill).

Unfortunately, we had cloudy days both at Jungfrauloch and Gornegrat limiting views from top. The small towns there, Grindewald and Lauterbrunnen, cute enough but also touristy. With a deeper dive, maybe a car, would try to find smaller towns that arent on everyone's list.

Lime the room design, otherwise just ok. Staff friendliness varied. Also no a/c despite being a newer build. Had to sleep with window/door open. Would go for a higher floor, a room ending in 02 or 03 on Matterhorn side Has saunas and small outdoor whirlpool. But not open until 4 pm..d then only until 9. Breakfast here was the least elaborate.

At first booked a Spa room. Huge. Modern decor. But no a/c. Also a long walk from main part of hotel. Then there was loud music from next door. They accommodated a room switch to first floor front of main building. Much better. Though older, had central a/c and a view across park to mountains.

Beautiful view, very large room. Best we stayed in during trip. Only issues are that it's up a big hill from town so going out, coming back takes time. Car back up at least. The one star Michelin restaurant there was bad. They emphasized things like table side prep of beef tartare (which we didn't order), slat baked fish for two....portions small and nothing tasted especially good. One fish dish was overwhelmingly funky.

Essential if using train system. Can be confusing as for some things like the panoramic trains to Gornegrat and Jungfrauloch you need a separate tickets and another for a reservation. One had assigned seats, one didn't. Trains were fairly crowded. Always able to get a seat but not always easy. This pass also works for ferry boats.
