All of local guides were great in both Paris and Florence. Fashionista guide and food guide were wonderful Francesco on conquering trrra and San Gianni was great with knowledge and flrxinilitu given the heater had a great time in spite of done challenges both hotels not prepared for I room double bed and 2 rooms twin beds even though I was clear with agent. There were mix up’s with cars to add imports seems we were told 2 cars and then we would have a van with one driver which makes sense but did I pay for 2 cars each time. It took time to learn metro and we used it but going st night for stone river cruise directions said one hour needed and we left 9 minutes before and missed the boat by 46 minutes we do not know the traffic in Paris and I fett at l we should have been told more what to expect do we missed it yo the great disappointment got my oldest granddaughter and we were all dressed up I need an invoice with expenses for thst yo see if I can claim on my travel insurance and walking around looking for a place to eat. Is this new way of customers going to the guide which was an added stressor is that the way kimkim is moving to? Do I believe my family made the best of it and we had a great time but I believe the agent does not fo detail well. Even directions or referrals got restaurants web sites were not how reservations were made those are things we would not know. I would think twice about working either kimkim agdin

Mathilde went above and beyond to make our Switzerland trip so wonderful! This was the second trip she put together for us and I will definitely have her plan the next. From the daily activities to the hotels she chose, everything was perfect! She also was there every step of the way leading up to the trip and during. Our experience was wonderful! We got to the hotel early and our room was not ready yet. Christina (her and Maria were fantastic!!) still checked us in and was able to get us a table at the hotel’s restaurant. After a long travel day, it was great to just relax. The hotel is in the perfect spot! There are so many restaurants to choose from just a few steps out of the hotel doors. There is even a little pharmacy shop right across the hotel that has some essentials you may have forgotten! You are a 30 second walk to the river where you can take in views of that, the amazing architecture and mountains. I highly recommend booking your stay here. I know I will be back!

WOW. Is one way to describe this hotel. The walk up was well worth the incredible views we had from our room. The staff was amazing and very kind. We did not want to leave. If you are planning a trip to Grindelwald, I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This hotel was so cute! It was close enough to shops, restaurants and the lake to be able to walk but you still felt tucked away in your own private oasis. The staff was wonderful! I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Communication with Mathilde was very good start to finish. Michael our transport guru was good with text msgs so we knew what to expect. Our drivers all prompt & dependable. Sabastien in Paris went above & beyond to make sure we were safe & understood how train travel works in Europe. Emilee in Dijon had a very luxurious comfy car to pick us up in. Our hotels all had great locations, helpful staff; very nice breakfasts. Customers need to know that a sofa sleeper bed is not a good choice, if you can avoid it. Our e-bike trip in Beaune with Mathilda was a highlight. Highly recommend! Chateau de Pape & all day tour was all very good, but made for a very long day. The Pope’s palace in Avignon was not worth a visit IMO. More spectacular from the outside. Awesome location choices for our chocolate/pastry tour in Paris with R.T. Loved all the small shops she brought us to. I would choose a different guide though.

Location: Very good for walking or using metro. Staff: Welcoming & informative when you ask. Rooms: Triple rm was tight for x3 adults but, well appointed. Very nice bathrm set up. Small balcony with chairs-a highlight. Our daily maid service was exceptional. Breakfast area: a pleasant surprise. Didn’t know what to expect in the basement & found a lovely setting with a nice variety of food items & beverages. I enjoyed the lounge area atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel.

We can not say enough good about Mathilda our guide! So knowledgeable about the vineyards & the community. This was a highlight of our France trip. What an awesome activity~Peter made sure our bikes were right for us & we had what we needed b4 starting AND he sells wine at his bike shop?!? Love it! The bikes do have pañier bags on the back so no need for backpacks.

Mathilde helped us plan a wonderful trip to Zurich, Bavaria, and Munich.

Hotels were nice, clean, comfy, with excellent included breakfasts. We enjoyed our trip from Zurich to the Black Forest of Germany with Sergio very much. The Lindt Chocolate factory tour was also a highlight. Le D'ezaley and Swiss Chuchi were two very good meals in Zurich, both recommended by Mathilde.

Then we moved on to Lindau, Fussen, and Neuschwanstein Castle with our tour guide, Paul. The Castle was unforgettable in the snow.

After traveling by train to Munich, Mathilde's driver was awaiting our arrival and took us to our hotel and then to the Viktualienmarkt for our food tour with Kevin. He was fantastic!

Finally, our tour of FC Bayern Munich's Allianz Stadium was a highlight for our children while later that day, enjoying a liter of beer at Augustiner Keller was a highlight for me.

Thank you, Mathilde for planning a wonderful trip to an area of the world that I did not know much about. Initially, I had some reservations about hiring KimKim and Mathilde, but everything was smooth and well organized and I would use them again without hesitation.

Mathilde was wonderful and knowledgeable through out the planning process! She checked in regularly and made sure we had everything we needed before we left. The entire team was wonderful and attentive during our trip as well. Figuring out WhatsApp made day-to-day questions and concerns easy to deal with.
Our family loved all of the activities that were planned especially our Colosseum tour in Rome and paragliding in Switzerland!

American D-Day Full Day Tour (Private tour)

This tour was amazing! Our guide was knowledgeable and we could tell he was passionate about the area and it's history. We learned so much extra history and it was an honor to stand on the beaches and visit the cemetery- our guide even made sure to time the tour so that we were able to experience the flag lowering cemetery at the Normandy American Cemetery. It was quite a special day.

Mathilde planned a wonderful trip for our family. The variety of tours was perfect. We especially liked our food tour in Munich as it wasn’t just focused on Bavarian food, but also other international flavors which have been adopted into the culture.

The hotels were in perfect locations for walking to all the important sites.

There really isn’t anything she could have done to improve our experience. Thank you.

I do have one suggestion for KimKim though. I would wait a few days after our trip to ask for a review, as sending the email while still on vacation spoils the last day. We are not done yet. Thank you.

My daughter, my niece and myself booked a winter ski trip to Switzerland last month. Our specialist Mathilde was phenomenal. She ensured we had an overall amazing ski experience and booked the right tours for our adventure. She was knowledgeable, and patient as I had lots of questions. She gave us recommendations as it relates to Christmas markets, must see places and shopping areas. The hotels were absolutely cozy and stunning. The restaurant recommendations were superb. We plan on taking another trip to Switzerland next winter. This is my 3rd time using Kim Kim for travels overseas, and they never disappoint, We will definitely reach out to Kim Kim when we return to Switzerland in Dec. 2026.
