This hotel is beautiful, but the only downside it that it doesn't have air conditioning. That may be fine normally, but we happen to be there during a heat wave. I was very thankful that the staff found a second fan for the room that did help a little. Great breakfast!

We loved the convenience of having a travel pass for the week. Easy to just get on a train whenever we needed and not have to worry about buying individual tickets.

We enjoyed trying new wine varietals at this winery. However, the photos and description of this tour are a bit misleading. The photos show a patio with the view of the lake, however, the tasting room is built into the hillside and indoors. There were no views of the terraced vineyards or lake. I actually thought that we were at the wrong place because it wasn't anything like it was described on the app. There was no tour of cellars or explanation of the wine making process.

This was our favorite tour of our trip! The Lauterbrunnen valley was stunning! Our private guide, Hannas, was amazing and fun. He stopped every so often to tell us about the waterfalls, or capture photos in just the right spot. Lunch was great and the location was perfect. We would highly recommend this tour.

We liked the size of this hotel and the location of this hotel. We liked being far away from town as it was peaceful at night with the windows option and the centralized location to trails for hiking. The morning view of the Matterhorn was amazing. Additionally, the spa room with the sauna was heavenly.

The view from our room of Lake Geneva was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel was centrally located to the train station and bus station, for ease. We found Montreaux very walkable with a number of fun restaurants. The hotel buffet could have been a bit stronger (quality wise), but I think we had high standards after our stay in Geneva and Zermatt. We opted for a local coffee shop and keep our buffet selection pretty basic each morning as a result. We enjoyed the hotel's location to the Fairmont for delicious evening meals (with a view!).

Mike was great! We appreciated his expertise on the trails to ensure we had a great hike. This includes where to stop for lunch before our return hike to Zermatt.

The quality of coffee could have been a bit better on the train ride in the morning, but aside from that, we were impressed by the train ride. We were initially worried it may be a bit toursity, but we embraced it. The cheese and chocolate factory tour were very informative. Seeing the countryside from the train was also fun. It was a great way to remain cool during the European heatwave and we learned a lot.

A stunning location. Immaculately maintained. Friendly and completely lovely!

This hotel had the most stunning views of Eiger North Face in all of its glory!

What a stunning location and view. It was so easy to get to and from the train station. The view and room we had were positively stunning.

Hotel was slightly removed from the Main Street which was so nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. It was super clean and the view of the Matterhorn was amazing from our balcony. We also received a room upgrade which was lovely.

Our guide was incredible, gave us tons of information at each stop and took us to amazing sites while keeping everyone safe throughout

It was gorgeous the water was stunning and so cold and refreshing and the equipment was top notch!

This was a good excursion. At the top we found the views not as beautiful as some of the other stops. However- we took a hike down to the mirror lake which the hike was rocky. We hopped onto the train however and got off one stop down and had the most incredible hike through the forest to Zermatt! THAT WAS AN EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME!

This experience was incredible. Our guide - Emmanuel - provided as every authentic experience we could ask for. The authentic cheese making he added was the highlight of this trip. Plus he made so many additional lovely stops to show us different views and explained so much of the countryside! It was magical!

Easy and so convenient at every location. Mathilde made sure we had easy access to the train locations. Once we figured it out it was definitely the way to travel around. Only one big problem was storage for luggage. There was never enough space and often we had to take ours to our seats or stand with it. But that’s not something you can control.
