We can't say enough on how perfect and wonderful our trip was. Everything from the Hotels to the excursions and tours/classes were perfect. Melanie helped up start and plan our journey back last year, she transitioned to another role and we were put into the lovely hands of Clothide and Nathalie for the final touches and our trip. We we so happy with everything! Every hotel they picked for us was perfect for each leg and environment each with fantastic views and each hotel team knowing it was our honeymoon and set up sweet welcome surprises at each check in. We already cant wait to circle back and plan on Paris, Florence and Rome trip! Thank you again to our Kimkim team!

This is the second time I've used kimkim for international travel and they did not disappoint! Nathalie was very understanding and created the perfect itinerary for our girl's trip to Switzerland. She was even able to accommodate me when I added my son and his girlfriend to a portion of our trip. We visited Geneva, Lausanne, Interlaken & Zurich and each place had it's own beauty and charm. Switzerland is a beautiful country and all of our tours were fabulous. They included city tours, a wine tour, and one rainy day in Interlaken, our guide improvised and showed us some great places that were different from what we expected. All of the hotels were also wonderful and at the Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken, they gave us connecting rooms so we could all hang out together at the end of each day. Kimkim also provided all of our transfers to and from each hotel so we didn't have to worry about finding our own way. They provide truly exceptional service and I will definitely be using them again!

Mathilde helped us plan a wonderful trip to Zurich, Bavaria, and Munich.

Hotels were nice, clean, comfy, with excellent included breakfasts. We enjoyed our trip from Zurich to the Black Forest of Germany with Sergio very much. The Lindt Chocolate factory tour was also a highlight. Le D'ezaley and Swiss Chuchi were two very good meals in Zurich, both recommended by Mathilde.

Then we moved on to Lindau, Fussen, and Neuschwanstein Castle with our tour guide, Paul. The Castle was unforgettable in the snow.

After traveling by train to Munich, Mathilde's driver was awaiting our arrival and took us to our hotel and then to the Viktualienmarkt for our food tour with Kevin. He was fantastic!

Finally, our tour of FC Bayern Munich's Allianz Stadium was a highlight for our children while later that day, enjoying a liter of beer at Augustiner Keller was a highlight for me.

Thank you, Mathilde for planning a wonderful trip to an area of the world that I did not know much about. Initially, I had some reservations about hiring KimKim and Mathilde, but everything was smooth and well organized and I would use them again without hesitation.

The whole process, from planning to the actual trip, was seamless. Nathalie was thorough and answered all of my questions along the way. Our tour guides were excellent. Really happy with how everything came together.

This hotel checks every box. The location is fantastic — right in the center of town with a tram stop just outside the door that takes you directly to the train station. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels brand new, and the free breakfast is outstanding. Best spread we've seen. Highly recommend.

A solid 4-star option in St. Moritz. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and a grocery store. Breakfast is good and the staff is genuinely friendly. One unexpected perk — a free gym, which is rare for 4-star hotels in Switzerland. The rooms are modern and well renovated. One thing to be aware of: the building is older, and the hallways have quite a few steps up and down, so it may not be the best choice for those with accessibility needs.

Zurich sunset tour and Cheese Fondue

Our tour guide Alan was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts about Switzerland. The tour included a stop at the Lindt chocolate factory followed by dinner on top of a mountain with a stunning view of Zurich. A great combination. My teenage son, who is generally hard to impress, genuinely enjoyed it — which says a lot. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich.

Valentine is simply the best. She put together an incredible vacation for me and my teenage daughter on very short notice — just two months — and somehow made a magical multi-stop trip across Switzerland that met our requirements (no driving, nice hotels in walking distance to train and fun snow activities in the Alps)

As someone who listened to a meticulous planner, I was blown away by her attention to detail. Every piece of the itinerary was thoughtfully designed, organized, and easy to follow. And when the inevitable travel hiccups popped up — in our case, winter weather in Switzerland — Valentine and her team at Mobee International were proactive and completely on top of it.

What truly set her apart was the personal touch. She scheduled a video call with me and my daughter early on to hear what we were hoping to experience before planning the trip, checked in with us at multiple points along the way, suggested new opportunities we might enjoy, and made herself available on short notice whenever we needed her.
