Definitely our favorite hotel of the trip. Excellent location, comfy and modern room with amenities. Beautiful building. Restaurant was busy but otherwise good.

This is a beautiful and clearly newly updated hotel. We only stayed one night, but loved the location - about 10-15 minute walk to the main museum/palace areas and in a slow enough side street that felt safe and quiet. Cool wine theme they are sticking to. The room was large, big airy windows, and a wine bar/restaurant that was "open" 24 hours - we didnt exactly test this out, but we did try to sit for a glass of wine before leaving and they did serve us but don't expect a dedicated wine expert all times of day.

This was a great hotel! Location was great, very close walk to the old city and ~10-15 minutes walk to the train station. Hotel room could use some cosmetic renovations, but otherwise everything was very functional, clean and working. We were upgraded to a larger room which came with a bathtub. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning - the best of the four hotels we stayed at during out 10 day trip! The woman who greeted and helped us in the morning in the dining room was so warm and inviting - I did not get her name, but I shout her out anyway :)

This was not our favorite hotel. We maybe got an unlucky room assignment, but we arrived to a very hot room and as the cooling system was turned off for the season (reasonable as it is November) the advice was to open the window, which is also completely reasonable, unless your room only has a skylight, and no windows that open. The staff were not super helpful in helping us with this though it was advertised they had fans. All of this being said the location of this hotel is spectacular - a block from the Vlatava river and Charles bridge a 5 minute walk. As we don't spend a lot of time in hotels to begin with, we made do and survived to the next location!

This was a long day - there was over 5 hours of driving with a much smaller amount of time on the ground so I feel like I could have spend my last day doing something with less sitting in a car - that being said all of the experiences were excellent and worth visiting. Pecs is a small cultural city and was fun to visit - the ancient Roman ruins were probably the highlight. It was a Sunday so a lot closed and not super vibrant but fun none the less. The wine tasting in Vilany was excellent and I learned a lot about Hungarian varietals. We did have a bonus stop at Judit's museum - Monument Park the sculpture park that showcases old communist statues and is a very interesting and important commentary of the era.

This was super fun, and as people who like to eat and cook, we did both and learned a lot doing it! The tour started at the main city market - our guide actually missed us/there was a missed connection and we started the tour ~30 minutes late due to this but the experience was so good it made up for lost time. We cooked with a small group in a local apartment retrofitted for cooking class. Experiencing with with fellow tourists felt genuine and we sat and ate the food we made like a new group of friends eating a home cooked meal - which it was. I have already incorporated the recipes into my daily cooking.

This was a four course dinner cruise along the Danube with live music. The food was really good and service was prompt and friendly. The boat does several loops and you see some of the same sights a few times, but they are all beautiful and worth seeing over again!

Judit is a lovely woman who has a lot of love and caring for her country and city - she was opinionated and charismatic but kind and informative all at the same time. the best qualities for a tour guide! We saw a lot of special things and got a feel of the city upon arriving. Well designed for the remaining days of our tour.

I will preface this review with the fact that I am a rider and lifelong equestrian and made this a required stop on our tour - but WOW was this spectacular. As a horse person, I found the training session even more special and intimate than the performance. You are able to see two 30 minute sessions of the SRS professional riders doing schooling rides on the amazing stallions, first the high level older horses and then the younger "young and wild" (per the announcer haha) 5-6 year olds. If you are a horse person or are fascinated by horses in general, you will love this. There is a ton of nuance to what they are doing a there is an announcer that does a decent job of explaining the high level stuff.

The musicians were phenomenal. To hear their performance of this work was a privilege for sure. The venue itself is old and therefore somewhat difficult to navigate and not physically super comfortable. This particular concert was in the smaller of the two music halls - I didn't know either of them existed in the world prior to my showing up so I didn't have a preference but if you're a music head and want to be in the grand music hall, double check before booking this.

Our guide was SO good - We learned so much, there were moving and emotional parts to her tour regarding the history of this extremely beautiful and significant city. We sadly had to leave slightly early as we had a VERY short amount of time in Vienna and therefore a packed itinerary. Christina was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

Gerhart was our guide for this full day outside of Salzburg. We were privy to visit Hallstatt early and in the off season - it is a spectacular Alpine lake town that apparently is over touristed and has strict regulations that we did not have to deal with for the aforementioned reasons. It is really pretty and charming. There is a small ancient Roman ruin display/free museum that was an added bonus. Bad Ischl was next stop which was lovely, beautiful and had great historical significance. St Woflgang was next and thoroughly stunning. Lots of world history, old churches, and gorgeous views. We were blessed to end the day on Gaisberg mountain - overlooking much of the Austrian Alps and all of Slazburg and the valley extending dozens of miles in either direction. We ended were on sunset - this guide was great. Highly recommend.

Outstanding, incredible nature and views in this lovely national park. This is a FULL day trip - over 12 hours with our guide who was also our driver. It was a small group (seven of us total) and there was one pair in our group that was ill prepared for the day - seemingly not their fault as they signed up for a less strenuous hike and were directed to our group to consolidate. I would keep that in mind if trying to book a more or less strenuous hike with this company. That being said, it was not very strenuous for us who are fit and active regular hikers and we saw many sights, went over the border into Germany, and spend time with a great group of travelers as well as a vibrant and fun guide. A large lunch is included, you won't be hungry. There is a fair amount of driving to/from (4+ hours) in a passenger van.

Great, short boat ride. There is a small indoor area and a rooftop - we were lucky that while it was raining all day, the hour of our tour was dry and we enjoyed the rooftop view and fresh air much more than indoors. A great way to see the sights and enjoy a drink or two.

This was a spectacular tour - our guide Chris was not only invested in the food of Czech republic but how the food is connected to the people, the land and the history. He was aware of our pescatarian diet ahead of time and was able to highlight a tremendous abundance of Czech food, and beer/wine! It was a rainy day which did not subtract even a little from the quality and experience. HIGHLY recommend if you're into food and history while walking around with a friendly guide.

We arrived after a red-eye for this tour so while we may have been tired, it was necessary to get a grip of the city and the people. It was a Saturday evening and our guide Ildigo/Indigo was lovely. She is a quirky and opinionated woman in all of the best ways - we learned a lot and used what we learned to guide our evening and next several days in the city.

We loved this place and would easily recommend it to anyone staying in Zurich! The multi-generational family that owns and manages this hotel take such pride in their property and providing an exceptional experience. Truly nice people! The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. The hotel is located on the "gold coast" of lake Zurich, in a family-friendly, upscale neighborhood of Zurich, just a block or two from a great park next to Lake Zurich, where you can swim and just relax and picnic on the grass. It is actually an idyllic setting with families enjoying the park with little need to be concerned about crime, or misbehaving people. It was a very cool experience! The hotel is also located across the street from several great restaurants (Italian, Greek, and Americana) that we loved! An award-winning local cafe is located next to the hotel that was absolutely terrific.

We absolutely love this hotel and can't wait to stay here again, maybe during a ski trip. The hotel was the highlight of our hotel experiences in Europe. Everything about the hotel is great! A bit warm without air conditioning, but the location in town makes opening the windows at night for cool air a great added experience. The spa was great. The service was great. The rooms are all excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. One employee, a previous ski instructor from the U.S., was very helpful with local restaurants, attractions and traffic. We truly can't wait to stay here again! I would give this place 5 stars, but I just never give 5 stars.

Perfect location! The hotel staff was great, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All around, a very nice experience during our stay at this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our Guide was nice because she helped us add the Chocolate experience to the walking tour. But, she did not seem to know much.

This was an amazing experience. Andreas was our Guide, and he was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly and dedicated to providing us with a great experience. He was so much fun and provided us with so much history. A great experience!

We feel truly lucky to have had Bern as our Guide. He was awesome! A very knowledgeable and caring Guide, he really worked hard at providing us with a great and customized experience! He connected with everyone in our party. He made the day very fun and exceptional. He went well above and beyond to provide a great day, especially since it was a long day. I wish Bern could have been our Guide for the entire trip.

We have told so many people about Nabiel! He is simply the nicest and most genuine person. My entire family loved him! His cooking class was awesome! The experience was just so unique and was the highlight of our time in Vienna, if not the entire trip! I highly, highly recommend this experience for everyone visiting Vienna!

Our guide was very good. The palace grounds were in a bit of disrepair, which was a bit of a letdown, but still a good experience.

Our personal guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable, he provided in-depth history lessons in addition to identify historic building. He was worth every penny.

Nice hotel but farther from where we wanted to be. The suite was amazing but the a/c didn't work well.

Great hotel and super friendly staff. The suana and fitness were under construction and not usable. That is the only reason for the 4 stars.

Loved everything about this hotel! Even the restaurant had incredible food and the breakfast was perfect. The only issue was no elevator - so walking the steps to the top floor but that is Europe for you. Perfect location, perfect place!

Dana was great but we were so tired after just arriving in Prague from a long day of travel. We shouldn't have booked something right at our arrival.

This was more informal than we were expecting. I think we just had the wrong expectations. We dressed up but then most were in shorts and tshirts.

This is an incredibly long day. You will sweat and be exhausted. It is something to know ahead of time. We didn't anticipate how much of a hiking day this would be - lots of elevation and steep hills.

Loved the charm of this hotel. Staff was awesome, property was really cool and the onsite restaurant was fabulous. We had a two bedroom suite…which was AWESOME….and made our family wish we were staying longer.

This hotel was very clean and comfortable, but a little sparse in overall ammenities outside the guest rooms and was not crazy about the location.

We removed this from our itinerary because we wanted to spend an extra day exploring Salzburg, because we got caught in traffic the day before driving from Vienna to Hallstatt and lost most of the day.

Hallstatt was really cute, but the travel by car from Vienna was long and Hallstatt itself was a tourist scene! A lot of people and probably could have skipped this in the grand scheme of all the other cities/places we were looking to see.

Really liked walking the city and getting some history and trying some local food. We just didn’t have great weather on that day, so it was a little wet and chilly.

This was a little too long and monotonous for us. Could have shortened this to a 90 minute tour of the place and grounds.

This was a good excursion but the drive was much longer than expected.

This was a clean and historic hotel. It was nice. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was top notch. It was close to everything and we were easily able to walk to everything we wanted to see and return to our hotel if needed. The room was a nice size. There are no amenities at this hotel which was a departure from all others we stayed at. Just a lobby and a front desk. That was somewhat disappointing to us. One thing that was sort of strange is they there is a Chinese restaurant below the hotel where our room was and the smell filled our room. It was pretty bad when we got there but got better over time. The only thing we did not care for here was the parking. They did not have parking. They did provide a discount at a nearby garage but it was the most expensive of our trip.

This hotel was nice. The staff were helpful. There was parking on site with a car elevator which was fun. It was accessible by subway to the city center. There was not a lot that was within walking distance that was touristy and we were tourists so we had to travel by train to do what we were there to do. It was in the nice Schwarbing neighborhood and there were restaurants and shops everywhere. We felt safe at this hotel. There was a problem with our original hotel so we were changed to this one last minute. It was more modern. Room was not large but it was clean and comfortable.

This hotel was clean and friendly. It was far outside the city center. There was hotel parking.

This was our least favorite. It was clean but far from the old town. The parking lot was a nightmare.

Our last experience of the trip. We set up our own guide and hiked to the top.

This was so fun. I would recommend to anyone who wants to try foods of a city. Our guide was Tetiana. She was new in her role but did a great job.

There was no tour the day we visited so we did a self tour. Which worked out fine. It was a very powerful and moving experience. We recommend at least 4 hours to see it all and go to the museum.

Chris was our fav guide on the trip. He met us at our hotel and took us by subway to the city center. Our tour was full of history and he shared photos of different things for a before and after perspective. We had a beer with him at the end and he recommended an amazing place for dinner.

We met our guide Robert. He was actually and archeologist! Very knowledgeable and fun to talk with. We enjoyed this tour.

Inga was wonderful. The city and castle tour were very good. We greatly enjoyed our tour.
