This hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The front desk service and the breakfast quality and experience were top notch. The exterior and neighborhood are a bit cold and unwelcoming at first, but after a couple of days we realized that it is very well located with ez access to the train lines which is important in Berlin. The rooms were tight, and the lobby area was not comfortable. They do have what could be a very nice open air courtyard, but we found it a bit dirty and unattended by hotel staff-a potentially nice space that seems to be utilized as a place to smoke.

Clean, updated, spacious and bright. Great view from our window of plaza below. Service was very good, breakfast was very good, very well located!

Excellent service, very clean and well appointed with an excellent breakfast in a nice dining room. The rooms were on the small side, especially the bathrooms. The location across from the main train station-which is undergrowing significant construction- was very convenient, but is in a bit of a gritty area (were were a bit surprised in general of the level of graffitti and litter in both Munich and Berlin.

high energy tour guide Maggie did a great job, and mixed in some of her personal political feelings. We had a large group of 20+ and so the tour path followed a standard route and felt a bit touristy, but were did feel like we got great interaction with the tour guide between stops.

This was cancelled at last minute. We do not know what we missed. But had a great experience in Leipzig on our own. Kimkim came up with alternatives and gave us a great refund.

The drive through the countryside and side visits to a local villages were the best part. Boris seemed to specifically travel on secondary roads for a good portion of the trip. The trip to the castle itself was very good, but definitely touristy. I would still recommend it, but the side trips were essential, otherwise the 9 hour day is not worth it just to visit Neuschwanstein.

Our guide Boris was excellent. We had plenty of time the afternoon prior to explore the City and did, but Boris was able to make sure we saw some nooks and crannies that we missed, and add the historical and cultural context

Beautiful hotel and centrally located. The breakfast included started our day and accommodations were perfect.

Loved Nabeil . He was funny and informative. The recipes are easy to read and make. He makes the evening so fun and interesting. It was a small hands on experience so you really got to understand the cooking techniques.

We were reserved to stay at this hotel, but apparently never had a reservation. We arrived to check into the hotel and they asked our information to check in and told us our room was not ready. 2 hours later we came back to check in and they said they could not see any reservation. Front desk staff must’ve been new or in a bad mood as they did not want to store our luggage as well.

Very centrally located, not more than 15 minutes walking from everywhere, good breakfast and helpful staff

This hotel was listed as “centrally located” and was more than a 30 minute walk to any of the city sights. The actual hotel was nice with good breakfast options and friendly and helpful staff. The bathroom layout is weird with only one door to be share between the toilet and the shower.

Not recommended, we were not interested in this activity- got “upgraded” to a private tour which we did not ask for

We were not aware it would be that much singing- thought it was more of a sight seeing tour.

We loved this place and would easily recommend it to anyone staying in Zurich! The multi-generational family that owns and manages this hotel take such pride in their property and providing an exceptional experience. Truly nice people! The rooms were very nice, modern and clean. The hotel is located on the "gold coast" of lake Zurich, in a family-friendly, upscale neighborhood of Zurich, just a block or two from a great park next to Lake Zurich, where you can swim and just relax and picnic on the grass. It is actually an idyllic setting with families enjoying the park with little need to be concerned about crime, or misbehaving people. It was a very cool experience! The hotel is also located across the street from several great restaurants (Italian, Greek, and Americana) that we loved! An award-winning local cafe is located next to the hotel that was absolutely terrific.

We absolutely love this hotel and can't wait to stay here again, maybe during a ski trip. The hotel was the highlight of our hotel experiences in Europe. Everything about the hotel is great! A bit warm without air conditioning, but the location in town makes opening the windows at night for cool air a great added experience. The spa was great. The service was great. The rooms are all excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made great recommendations for local restaurants. One employee, a previous ski instructor from the U.S., was very helpful with local restaurants, attractions and traffic. We truly can't wait to stay here again! I would give this place 5 stars, but I just never give 5 stars.

Perfect location! The hotel staff was great, helpful and friendly. The restaurant was exceptional, and the breakfast was very good. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All around, a very nice experience during our stay at this hotel! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great location for our trip. Very clean and friendly staff. The rooftop breakfast patio has a spectacular view of the city. Breakfast buffet was very good.

Our Guide was nice because she helped us add the Chocolate experience to the walking tour. But, she did not seem to know much.

This was an amazing experience. Andreas was our Guide, and he was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and friendly and dedicated to providing us with a great experience. He was so much fun and provided us with so much history. A great experience!

We feel truly lucky to have had Bern as our Guide. He was awesome! A very knowledgeable and caring Guide, he really worked hard at providing us with a great and customized experience! He connected with everyone in our party. He made the day very fun and exceptional. He went well above and beyond to provide a great day, especially since it was a long day. I wish Bern could have been our Guide for the entire trip.

We have told so many people about Nabiel! He is simply the nicest and most genuine person. My entire family loved him! His cooking class was awesome! The experience was just so unique and was the highlight of our time in Vienna, if not the entire trip! I highly, highly recommend this experience for everyone visiting Vienna!

Our guide was very good. The palace grounds were in a bit of disrepair, which was a bit of a letdown, but still a good experience.

Our personal guide was awesome! Very knowledgeable, he provided in-depth history lessons in addition to identify historic building. He was worth every penny.
