This hotel is beautiful. The space is beautifully decorated and is in an ideal location for the casino, Christmas market, and shopping. I would go back to Baden Baden to stay here. I am sad that we only stayed for one night. Also, the people were very kind, and the service was excellent.

I would describe as nostalgic. I typically like modern. The room was clean but the beds were firm. Our shower head did not adjust but worked. The service was great. It was not my favorite place I stayed.

The room was very, very small. The pictures on the website were deceptive. That said, the room was clean, and the linens were amazing. The bed was supersoft and comfortable. Great location and the service was great. If I stayed here again, I would stay in a larger room.

Great tour, but wish it had included a sample of Apple Wine. Love the history lesson and walking around the city. Meeting location was vague but we figured it out and confirmed with our tour guide at their office.

We went on a tour with another couple that we met during the tour. It was fun. They pour generous samples of wine and can taste whatever you want. The wine was great and had something for everyone. Because the group was small, it was nice to customize the tour as we went along. The wineries were beautiful. We had a lot of fun and would recommend for wine lovers. Lunch was also delicious.

Love a good history lesson and a castle. Our tour guide was great and also gave us a lot of information about living in Heidelberg. I would recommend this tour because it gives you a chance to learn and experieince Heidelberg all in one tour.

Pros: steps away from both the Old Town and the train station, excellent breakfast buffet, comfortable room. Cons: This is a rather basic hotel- there was no doorman or person to help bringing your bags up, rooms are only refreshed/cleaned on request, and the person at the desk looked at me as if she had never heard of the concept of refreshing the room on a daily basis.

Lovely, new hotel with interesting decor and lots of amenities. Well situated close to the historic part of town with very helpful staff.

Steps away from Duomo square and convenient to the city center, this is a huge, older hotel which has been nicely refurbished. It's so big that it felt slightly impersonal, although the staff was very helpful and attentive.

-The quadruple room is an absolute perfect fit for a family of four -The hotel is directly across from the walkable, quaint town square as well as a convenient supermarket -It was so sweet to find as a welcome gift a packet of gummy bear candies on every pillow in the room

-At the center of all the action in Berlin -Terrific bar -Very comfortable beds

-At the center of all the action in Munich -Terrific breakfast buffet -Big, luxurious bathrooms

-Paul, our guide, was kind, attentive, patient, and very knowledgeable -We loved that this was a walking tour; it felt more authentic and interactive as a result -Stops at historic sites (e.g., Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie) as well as fun locales like the Rausch Chocolate Shop

Very knowledgeable guide! Walter knew history and was passionate about Freiburg. We did a lot of walking and learned a lot.

Forrest was amazing! He knew so much history, and being American like us, he could give us the perspective of how the US was impacted and part of the history of Berlin. He was flexible and could answer questions we had, making the experience very personalized.

I was so grateful to have time to spend with my brother in Stuttgart! I love that Lucie could make this happen for me. It has been years since I had seen him and his wife, so it was a treat.

I don't know if calling the Dachau activity 'amazing' is quite the right term. The history of such a place was so disturbing, but I am glad we were able to go and experience history firsthand. We need to remember how insane humanity can be when following the crowd.
