Loved the trip overall. Excellent job by Valentine and her team. They were extremely flexible with all the changes we wanted to make. Even during our trip they assisted with all sorts of questions and even some changes. Overall the guides were good. The best guide was Jim in Fussen who showed us the castles, with a wealth of historical and current day knowledge. Regarding A/C, we will make sure to communicate about this aspect at the first call in the future. Not all the hotels are equipped with A/C in Europe, this is a real criteria to consider.

What an amazing experience! Our guide, Thomas, met us in Munich and was absolutely wonderful! His love for his city, history and connection to our own home town gave the tour a unique and personal touch. It was a memorable time! I only wish I planned a longer stay!
