Totally awesome location next to the main train station as well as a tram station right in front. Walking distance to a lot of the sights and sounds of Amsterdam. No amenities and not much in the room, but that is to be expected I suppose for the location. Staff were also quite friendly and accommodating.

Place seemed under-staffed although the existing staff were friendly. Pretty roomy. Main complaint is it overlooks a tiny public park where drunks and homeless gather at night and make a lot of noise. Walking distance from main train station and Cologne Cathedral though!

Location was great, right across the street from a tram station. There's a full grocery store downstairs. A/C was not working well though so it was pretty hot. Staff also made a mistake and billed my card for the full stay when it was prepaid.

Can't say enough good things about this place. Hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location is walking distance to eateries and groceries and a museum and the main train station. Room was quite large. 5 stars all around.

Can't really complain as long as you know what you're getting into. Decent priced in the heart of the city. No real breakfast. Get your own cups and coffee/tea pods from downstairs. Basic toiletries and in-room supplies. Check yourself in and out. But other than that quite clean and roomy. A/c worked well. Basic necessities at basic pricing.

The Cathedral itself is a main attraction in itself, but it's also next to a couple large busy streets lined with stores that you can spend hours or days going through.

Guide was knowledgeable and interesting to listen to. The guided tour gets you into a gated section near the altar. I recommend it.

Overall, a good experience. Pros: Great Location, Clean & Good Service Cons: 1 trash can in room, no tissues, dimly lit bathroom, room states Alexa is available but there is none

Great central location to train and Aldstadt. Clean, Great Service and incredible breakfast.

Pros: Good location. A short walk from the train station. Town is easily accessible through a nearby parking garage elevator next door to the property. Cons: Staff when we arrived was less than friendly. We arrived prior to check in and assisting us felt like an annoyance. Room was warm. Air conditioning did not work. Breakfast was included but underwhelming - cold cuts a bit discolored (as though they had been out the day prior).

An extremely moving experience. Our guide was very knowledgeable and kind.

This was a walking tour that began at our Hotel. Andreas, our guide, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. He recommended a restaurant at lunch that ended up being closed that day during the lunch hour. We returned at dinner and it was one of the best restaurants of our trip (Hackteufel).

The entire hotel was warm and welcoming. A wonderful mix of old and new in a beautiful setting. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction.

The staff at the hotel was outstanding!!! The breakfast was good. The accommodations need to be updated and maintained.

It feels strange to give a 5 star review to such an emotionally difficult tour, but it is so important that tours like this don’t let us forget what happened and how. Our tour guide Haim was terrific.

Wow!! What amazing views! We took the train up and the cable car down. I would recommend that after riding both.

A wonderful and through overview of the sights and history. Ronen was an amazing guide. Lots of knowledge and did a great job answering our questions.

Didn’t really have an emergency. However, we had an issue when our guide didn’t show for our tour. Lucie had provided our tour team’s contact information so I reached out directly to them. In the midst of getting everything fixed, Lucie reached out proactively to be sure all was ok. She went above and beyond!!

Very nice hotel in a quieter location, but close to the subway and fairly easy walking distance to the markets. The staff were kind and helpful. There is a nice little coffee shop and bakery less than a block away.

This hotel was nice, and the staff were very kind. It was a good location close to the train station and within easy walking distance to the market. The breakfast was wonderful! The only problem we had was that the hotel was VERY warm inside, and the only option we had to adjust the temperature was to open a window. This made it a challenge to keep the room at a steady and comfortable temperature and there was a lot of activity and street noise at night, which kept us awake sometimes.

This is a newer hotel that is very nice. We appreciated some of their sustainability efforts. The staff were efficient and kind. The bar/restaurant in the hotel was enjoyable; it had seasonal cocktails in the evenings and a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location of this hotel was nice because it was so close to the train station, but it was a little far of a walk to get to the markets and activities in the city center. It might have been nice to be a little closer to the city center.

We loved meeting our guide, Andrea. In addition to taking us to some great places and sharing delicious local food with us, she shared interesting information about the city and pointed out places we could return to on our own during our stay in Munich.

This was one of our favorite Christmas Markets of the entire trip! An amazing violinist was playing when we first arrived, and the music could be heard throughout the market. It really added to the holiday atmosphere and felt so festive!

We frequently participate in cooking classes when we travel, and this was one of the best we have ever participated in. The instructor was fun and clear, and the recipes were easy and delicious. We also appreciated how the class was set up and provided a group lunch at the end; this created opportunities to socialize with the other participants and make new friends! After class, I emailed the school, and they sent me copies of the recipes so I could easily remake them at home!

We didn't really have an emergency, but we had to call for assistance once when we first arrived in Munich. Our flight arrived an hour early, so we waited for our ride, but even after our scheduled arrival time, we didn't see anyone or hear from anyone. So after waiting 90 minutes, I called for help, and she was able to get in touch with the driver and find out he was on his way, just running a bit behind. She was very helpful and got an answer quickly.

A very simple hotel; one where the difference between American and European ratings was more prominent. The bathroom was basically in the bedroom.

Amazing hotel. Truly 5 stars.

This is a club pretending to be a hotel. Rooms are more to make a statement than be functional. Comfortable beds but minimal storage. Noisy. Great location for access to old town, but not restorative. No lobby, check in is in the bar.
