The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had many delicious options.

Gorgeous hotel! The breakfast buffet had so many options, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Wish we could have had more than 1 night here.

Very nice hotel, but in a not-great area of the city. Surrounded by graffiti, and our Uber would not drop us off directly at the hotel due to one-way streets. We needed to walk about 1 block.

The location was a bit far from everything we wanted to see, and the interior needs a serious redesign. It is blue, red, and white wallpaper and carpets throughout the hallways that look like a labyrinth.

It was way too short. We were only in Salzburg about 3 hours and spent 4 hours on a train.

Bridget was fantastic! She made sure we experienced all of the highlights and also gave us some history to the area.

We did not enjoy this city at all. It had no charm and was full of graffiti. In hindsight, we wish we would have stayed 2 nights in Heidelberg.

Our driver was wonderful. He communicated with us about the schedule and was awaiting us when we arrived at the train station.

Very well organized, delicious food, beautiful ambience, and attentive wait staff.

We needed to contact Mobee International on a weekend when my daughter became ill so that we could arrange to cancel the day's activities. The 24/7 staff were very understanding and kind.
