Kamilla, we want to thank you for this fabulous trip. While this trip was on my husband’s bucket list, I knew it would be wonderful but had no idea how magically Austria would be. Your diligent and thoughtful planning provided an unforgetable journey. It was very well balanced between city and rural. It was simply brilliant for us to spend the last day and a half relaxing at a mountainous/ lake resort spa. The views from the train ride and hotel will not be forgotten. I wanted to let you know how much Jay and I appreciated your effort to create this fabulous trip and the wonderful memories you have helped create to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It has been almost a week now since my dream vacation ended but the memories are still fresh and wonderful. Antonia and Sara, thanks for being the best travel agents.
It was indeed the trip of a lifetime, and I am so grateful and appreciative of the work Antonia and Sara did to help make it so magical. I can’t say enough good things about Antonia and Sara. This was my second time working with them and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Antonia and Sara were great with the entire process from planning to updates during the trip. Everything was perfectly executed. The entire experience was seamless and memorable. Nothing escaped their attention. They were easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to any requests I had. The arrangements they made were flawless. The hotels had everything I could ask for and more. The transfers from place to place were handled in the most efficient way,
This was truly a trip to be remembered for all the good reasons. I am forever grateful to Antonia and Sara for helping me create a dream holiday. They are much more than travel agents. They are my friends, and that means a great deal to me.

I recently used Kamilla and her company for a trip and overall had a very positive experience. From the start, they were extremely responsive — every question I had was answered promptly and thoroughly, which gave me a lot of confidence heading into the trip. I also really appreciated the pre-trip meeting, where they walked us through the full itinerary and made sure we had all the key information we needed.

Throughout the trip, they stayed in touch and checked in on us regularly, which was a really nice touch. It made the whole experience feel personal and well-supported. They were well-organized, and I especially liked that they offered to make reservations and even had day-of restaurant suggestions ready to go — that kind of service definitely took some of the pressure off.

The only thing I wish had been a little better was having more details about the tour guides we were meeting ahead of time but I am just an a bit over the top when it comes to planning. While everything ended up running smoothly and working out great, having that info ahead of time would have put my mind at rest.

Shout out to Marius, our hiking tour guide from Mountain Mountains. He was amazing!!

That said, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through really stood out and made for a memorable trip.

This hotel was simply decorated and clean. The onsite restaurant was very good and had a great beer garden area. The front desk staff works short hours so they were not available when needed. Our hotel room was very hot and the fan provided little airflow for how warm it was.

Staff was not available in the evening though they were suppose to be working until 8pm. We used self check out in the morning but the computer system was not working and it was difficult to get ahold of someone at the other hotel to check us out.

Our tour guide was very knowledgable but I felt like the tour was not cohesive and just jumped around. He also made some inappropriate jokes which made me uncomfortable so I did not know what to do other than laugh uncomfortably.

Our trip was amazing. Tomaz and Zala planned the perfect trip. We had an amazing guide for our walking tour - I can’t remember her name. Camillo was our guide for the Wine Valley Tour and he was spectacular. Mom doesn’t drink wine and said this was her favorite tour. I really recommend this too. We also drank and ate our way through multiple coffee houses and honestly I think the Mozart Cafe was the best. I can’t wait to come back to Vienna and explore some more!
