Emilie was the best! She listened to what we were and were not interested in doing during our 13 day Switzerland adventure! She picked wonderful hotels in each city/town we visited, each conveniently located near a train station. She set up all of our daily activities and gave us great recommendations for things to see/do on our free days. Emilie also recommended that we download the SBB Mobile App to easily navigate the train schedules. Having that plus the KimKim App made the whole trip run smoothly! Hotel Chalet Swiss Traditional style

Hotel Chalet Swiss in Interlaken was charming with its old and creaky ambiance. The service was wonderful, and the location was easy to get to. Although Interlaken can be a bit touristy, I enjoyed exploring the quieter old town area nearby. The hotel provided a cozy, authentic experience with helpful staff.

Hotel Nolda in St. Moritz was great, although the room was a bit small. The view from our window of the Alps was beautiful, with a river and cows in sight. It made the whole stay very picturesque. The hotel restaurant served a nice dinner, which added to the experience. Overall, it was a cozy stay with wonderful views.

Seeburg Hotel

The Seeburg Hotel in Lucerne was very nice. It was located a little outside of the tourist area, which I appreciated because I'm not really into the rush of touristy places. Although it required a short ten-minute bus ride to get to the old city part of Lucerne, it was worth it for the peaceful environment. The hotel itself was very pleasant, with great breakfast options. Overall, staying here made our time in Lucerne more enjoyable.

Mount Pilatus, Golden Round Trip (Tickets)

The visit to Mount Pilatus was a bigger, higher elevation adventure compared to Mount Rigi. We took the train up and the gondola down. The journey was seamless, and the view from the top was exquisite. Although initially hesitant about doing two mountain trips in a row, Mount Pilatus offered its own unique experience and was definitely worth it.

Our first Alpine adventure was the self-guided day to Mount Rigi. It was wonderful. We explored around the main area and then ventured off into pastures, finding a shelter with lounge chairs where we enjoyed some solitude surrounded by cows and the beautiful mountain environment. It was quite the serene experience and a good introduction to our mountain adventures.

Wow, just wow! My Husband and I travel quite a bit and are normally our own trip planners even when we go to other countries. This time we were visiting two countries in Europe, which was Switzerland and Austria, and I had just happened to come across kimkim.com and was tossing around the idea of using a travel specialist. I made an inquiry and was met with a very nice person Clemens! We decided after a few messages that we would just let him see what he could come up with for us and to our surprise, he had made a very detailed travel plan through both countries. And we had our initial video call and was quite impressed with his personality and his knowledge of both countries and how personal he was. He listened to what we were wanting and what was important to us and the plan was set into motion, so we hit the go button! Once we got our plan, we decided there was a couple of things we wanted to change, which was no problem. It didn’t feel like it was an aggravation for them. It just seemed that they were there to really, please us and give us a vacation worth remembering! about a week to 10 days before we left there was another video phone call to go through every last detail of our trip and everything was explained to me, and every minute detail from our pick up from the airport, to directions to bus stations times and train tickets, bus tickets, and when I mean, detailed, it was very detailed and step-by-step walk-through. It was quite lovely to have the app to refer to at any moment that we needed it. I downloaded the what’s app and could stay in connection with them at all times. There was only one hiccup in our plans which was one hotel that wasn’t already paid for when we were checking out and all I had to do is pick up the phone and call kimkim on WhatsApp and they immediately fixed the situation! And another time one of our trains was switched to a different train. I called. They immediately picked up and that was also fixed ASAP! As I said before, we have never used a travel agent or specialist and was a little bit nervous about doing it, but I after using kimkim will definitely be using them again! Your plans are light out before you like a well oiled machine! Clemens and his entire team were exceptional, professional, and very kind. If you have never like us, use a travel specialist before I highly recommend using them. I forgot to mention that we traveled first to Switzerland and then onto Austria! The stress that this team took away from me while traveling into these two countries was well worth the price which we thought was very reasonable. we were given suggestions on restaurants things to do. Tickets were put into motion and placed for us and it was just a seamless vacation! The beauty that we saw with the recommendations and the food that we ate was incredible! They will even give you suggestions on what to wear on these excursions! I cannot express to you, how pleased We were and are with this entire experience with this company. Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough about this hotel! The breakfast was insane! The staff were so precious! I am now called Mom by some of the girls there that work in the hotel! Every time we would walk in the door, their faces would light up and we just had a great time here! Made lifelong friends that when they come to America, they wanna come stay with me! Great rooftop bar and food and it felt like they were family by the time we left! Even the bar and restaurant downstairs is incredible! I actually cried just a little bit before I left this one! I made a lot of connections there!

The opera was very good, it was our last night. I did leave early only because I was very swollen lol, at this point, we had probably walked 80 miles in two weeksand I just could not sit any longer but well worth going. Would like to have seen a little bit of a more traditional opera, but it was a beautiful building.

We loved working with Clothilde! She had a fantastic ability to sense exactly the types of experiences and hotels we were looking for. Her choices of smaller boutique hotels (Ameron in Lucern, Eiger Mountain and Soul Resort in Grindlewald, Zermama in Zermatt, and Grand Hotel Suisse in Montreux) were perfect in terms of location, comfort and ambience. This was a previously scheduled trip that we had to postpone for medical reasons and she tweaked our itinerary to fit in a panoramic train ride, and give us an extra night in Montreux which we loved. Chlothilde always responded to our questions promptly and her wonderful directions for train travel allowed us to move around Switzerland between towns, travel to excursions, and move around on our own with confidence. She is the best! All of our drivers and guides were terrific as well. George at Flying Wheels led a great ebike trek to Lauterbrunnen, and our afternoon with Mike at Gorgornat was tailored to our needs so that my husband managed to complete the hike despite recent back surgery. Our day with Emmanuel in Montreux was exceptional—all great choices! Thank you for a wonderful bucket-list vacation!

Cheese, chocolate and wine tour in Gruyeres!

Our guide Emmanuel was one of the best guides we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. The tour included a tour of a UNESCO site to see artisan cheese made by hand which we could then compare to a factory cheese production site The Cailler chocolate tour was very interactive and interesting . We also visited the Domaine du Daley winery with our host Felix who led a great tour of the winery cellars and provided excellent details of the wine production process during our tasting while seated on a beautiful terrace overlooking Lake Geneva. It was a great day!

Emilie was absolutely amazing!! She helped me create the perfect adventure for our family and everything was beyond my expectations! Also, my husband got sick in the middle of the trip and had to be hospitalized and she was so helpful at trying to help us figure out future accommodations and work work with the circumstances we are dealing with. We are now back home and my husband is safe and we are so grateful for the opportunity to work with Emilie and KimKim.

My friend and I were planning a girls trip to take a break from our mommy duties and experience Switzerland, and working with KimKim made the entire process seamless from start to finish. Flawless doesn't begin to describe our first experience working with Valentine and the Kim Kim team! Absolutely EVERYTHING was perfect! Every hotel, guide, transport, hotel, included meal was a 10/10! We have been on several trips organized by a professional and this one will forever stand out. Our experience was wonderful! We got to the hotel early and our room was not ready yet. Christina (her and Maria were fantastic!!) still checked us in and was able to get us a table at the hotel’s restaurant. After a long travel day, it was great to just relax. The hotel is in the perfect spot! There are so many restaurants to choose from just a few steps out of the hotel doors. There is even a little pharmacy shop right across the hotel that has some essentials you may have forgotten! You are a 30 second walk to the river where you can take in views of that, the amazing architecture and mountains. I highly recommend booking your stay here. I know I will be back!

Our trip to Switzerland was amazing. We enjoyed where we were booked and our various tours. We had no problems with transfers and travel was easy.

Our agent, Clothilde, worked with me over several months and with many changing conditions to make this work. We originally had 4 travelers, then 5, then 6! She worked with all of this and made it all work nicely.

We spent four nights in Interlaken and then five in Zurich. Tours in each location were great and we had appropriate time to just "hang out". If I had to do it again, I think I would do five nights in Interlaken (this location is just so amazing) and four in Zurich, if only to spend a bit more time in Lauterbrunnen which is crazy awesome, imo. Also, I should note that the trip up to Jungfraujoch was completely whited out by snow; but it was still fun to ride the gondola, train, and then play in the snow and tour the complex, but maybe you should look at time of year (we were in May).

This hotel was very nice and breakfast was good. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay for five nights. There are a bunch of restaurants nearby, and the light-rail, and a grocery is very close too. The staff was also very friendly. We had a bit of problem with where to put our things - more storage or cabinets would have been nice. We had a lot of stuff for a long stay (we were in Europe for two weeks) and that was a bit challenging, but we made it work with no real problems.

Appenzell experience: Mountains, Chocolate & Cheese

I've rated this as 5/5 but we had to put some constraints on the tour guide that were probably not fair, and that resulted in a tour that was probably not as it could have been. That said, the farm we visited was awesome, but it didn't make milk for cheese, and we never saw an cheese getting made. Maybe that's our fault for changing the itinerary, but the farm had alpacas and llamas, so I don't think it was ever really about that. And I don't think we ended all that much early. We had a great time. Please do not question this. It just feels like the description didn't match up - and would not have even if we had not modified it.

We can't say enough on how perfect and wonderful our trip was. Everything from the Hotels to the excursions and tours/classes were perfect. Melanie helped up start and plan our journey back last year, she transitioned to another role and we were put into the lovely hands of Clothide and Nathalie for the final touches and our trip. This is the second time I've used kimkim for international travel and they did not disappoint! Nathalie was very understanding and created the perfect itinerary for our girl's trip to Switzerland. She was even able to accommodate me when I added my son and his girlfriend to a portion of our trip. We visited Geneva, Lausanne, Interlaken & Zurich and each place had it's own beauty and charm. Switzerland is a beautiful country and all of our tours were fabulous. They included city tours, a wine tour, and one rainy day in Interlaken, our guide improvised and showed us some great places that were different from what we expected. All of the hotels were also wonderful and at the Victoria Jungfrau in Interlaken, they gave us connecting rooms so we could all hang out together at the end of each day. Kimkim also provided all of our transfers to and from each hotel so we didn't have to worry about finding our own way. They provide truly exceptional service and I will definitely be using them again!

Mathilde helped us plan a wonderful trip to Zurich, Bavaria, and Munich.

Hotels were nice, clean, comfy, with excellent included breakfasts. We enjoyed our trip from Zurich to the Black Forest of Germany with Sergio very much. The Lindt Chocolate factory tour was also a highlight. Le D'ezaley and Swiss Chuchi were two very good meals in Zurich, both recommended by Mathilde.

Then we moved on to Lindau, Fussen, and Neuschwanstein Castle with our tour guide, Paul. The Castle was unforgettable in the snow.

After traveling by train to Munich, Mathilde's driver was awaiting our arrival and took us to our hotel and then to the Viktualienmarkt for our food tour with Kevin. He was fantastic!

Finally, our tour of FC Bayern Munich's Allianz Stadium was a highlight for our children while later that day, enjoying a liter of beer at Augustiner Keller was a highlight for me.

Thank you, Mathilde for planning a wonderful trip to an area of the world that I did not know much about. Initially, I had some reservations about hiring KimKim and Mathilde, but everything was smooth and well organized and I would use them again without hesitation.

The whole process, from planning to the actual trip, was seamless. Nathalie was thorough and answered all of my questions along the way. Our tour guides were excellent. Really happy with how everything came together.

A solid 4-star option in St. Moritz. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping and a grocery store. Breakfast is good and the staff is genuinely friendly. One unexpected perk — a free gym, which is rare for 4-star hotels in Switzerland. The rooms are modern and well renovated. One thing to be aware of: the building is older, and the hallways have quite a few steps up and down, so it may not be the best choice for those with accessibility needs.

This hotel checks every box. The location is fantastic — right in the center of town with a tram stop just outside the door that takes you directly to the train station. Our tour guide Alan was friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts about Switzerland. The tour included a stop at the Lindt chocolate factory followed by dinner on top of a mountain with a stunning view of Zurich. A great combination. My teenage son, who is generally hard to impress, genuinely enjoyed it — which says a lot. Would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Zurich.

Valentine is simply the best. She put together an incredible vacation for me and my teenage daughter on very short notice — just two months — and somehow made a magical multi-stop trip across Switzerland that met our requirements (no driving, nice hotels in walking distance to train and fun snow activities in the Alps)

As someone who listened to a meticulous planner, I was blown away by her attention to detail. Every piece of the itinerary was thoughtfully designed, organized, and easy to follow. And when the inevitable travel hiccups popped up — in our case, winter weather in Switzerland — Valentine and her team at Mobee International were proactive and completely on top of it.

What truly set her apart was the personal touch. She scheduled a video call with me and my daughter early on to hear what we were hoping to experience before planning the trip, checked in with us at multiple points along the way, suggested new opportunities we might enjoy, and made herself available on short notice whenever we needed her. We always felt supported.

I honestly can’t say enough great things about Valentine and her team at Mobee. If you’re looking for thoughtful planning, genuine care, and top-notch service, she’s the one.

My daughter, my niece and myself booked a winter ski trip to Switzerland last month. Our specialist Mathilde was phenomenal. She ensured we had an overall amazing ski experience and booked the right tours for our adventure. She was knowledgeable, and patient as I had lots of questions. She gave us recommendations as it relates to Christmas markets, must see places and shopping areas. The hotels were absolutely cozy and stunning. The restaurant recommendations were superb. We plan on taking another trip to Switzerland next winter. This is my 3rd time using Kim Kim for travels overseas, and they never disappoint, We will definitely reach out to Kim Kim when we return to Switzerland in Dec. 2026.
