The trip was fabulous. the guide (Alejandro Pinto) was superb. He has excellent knowledge of the local birds and was happy and helpful throughout despite being ill. The most memorable part was staying in Tatama. An excellent place. Good food and great hospitality.
Hello Mike, great to hear from you and thanks for taking the time to write . Alejandro is certainly one of the best birding guides in Colombia and made all the difference during this trip. Tatama is a GEM, truly wonderful! It was great to have been able to share some of the trip with what was a fantastic group visiting some great locations and seeing some great birds. Adding to my life list was also an added bonus! :-)
