My client Karyn Anderson and her child Sebastian were delighted and have nothing but praise for all the arrangements made by Kimkim and Ana who was extremely helpful right through the booking process.
For starters, I would like to commend Ana for her selfless and prompt responses and excellent suggestions.
There were many changes but she handled the challenges with great expertise, otherwise for me, an unknown destination.
My client has written that everything went without a hitch, the arrangements were superb and Paloma was a fabulous attraction. Staff along the way were great and the day tour was more than satisfactory.
