Our experience with KimKim was terrific. It was the first time using a travel agent and it worked out great. We will use a travel agent on all of our future trips.
Eirini was especially patient as we worked through our interests and budget. In the future we will schedule a phone meeting to improve that process. But we ended up with the trip we wanted and loved.
And, last but not least, Julia was great. We had many questions while on the trip that she responded to quickly and clearly.
All of the guides were excellent. We especially liked Dimitri on the food tour, Sofia at the Acropolis, and Lina at Mystras.
Hotel Reviews
The hotel was great. The location was perfect, the staff were very friendly, and we loved the look and feel of our room.
The location and characteristics of the hotel were exactly what we wanted. The location was great ( in the middle of everything but still quiet) and the staff were great. Not only professional but warm and friendly. They also researched a restaurant for us that was exactly what we were looking for. And they arranged for the breakfast to be opened a little early to accommodate our departure time.

We had a great tour of Mystras. Lina was a great guide that explained a lot and arranged the tour to make it suitable to us. We started the tour at the top and worked our way down instead of having to climb up to the top.
Our experience at Mycenae was similar to the tour at Epidaurus.
