Elena was very responsive, positive and helpful … when we added folks on she was very accommodating
We enjoyed our guide in Bangkok nana and really loved our guide pong in Chang Mai
We wish we had skipped the railroad and floating market in Bangkok. The side itinerary she planned for one of our late arrivals was great!
The hotel in chang mai was nice but not having a bar was a draw back and we thought it could have been located in neighborhood closer to eating places etc.
