This was my first time using Kimkim and I was nervous about all the details working out. However, I needn't have been concerned. Bryan did an excellent job helping me choose all the activities and arranging all the handoffs. We enjoyed so many fun activities: white water rafting, jungle cruise, farm tour and dinner, zip lining, ATV ride, jungle hikes, chocolate and coffee tour, night tour and geothermal pools. The on-ground support had been promised and I was delighted to find that the crew I worked with during the vacation was just as helpful and responsible as Bryan. All of our transitions were seamless and we were very pleased with our guides. The only thing I wish we had skipped was the bird watching tour because it was raining pretty hard and the tour guide didn't seem too excited to be hosting us. The townhouse they booked for us was really nice and came with a personal chef who cooked us amazing breakfasts each morning! Thanks Kimkim, Bryan and the crew on the ground!
