Start your tandem paragliding adventure in Cape Town at a designated meeting point near Signal Hill. Depending on the day's weather conditions, a SAHPA-licensed paragliding instructor may meet with you and determine whether to take off from Signal Hill or Lion's Head. Both locations offer prime take-off positions with panoramic views over Table Mountain and the sprawling Cape Town landscape.

Even if you have never paraglided before, you need not worry. The instructors may provide detailed briefings and safety instructions before you take to the skies. This meticulous preparation ensures that you can enjoy the flight without any apprehensions and fully immerse yourself in the views of Cape Town. During the flight, you'll likely be secured in tandem with your instructor, gliding smoothly in the air together. 

As you soar above the coastline and mountains, it's common to spot famous landmarks such as Table Mountain, Robben Island, and the bustling Cape Town cityscape. You can choose to have your pilot capture in-flight photos and videos using a GoPro camera for an additional fee. After the flight, you can receive these memories on a 4-GB micro SD card with an adapter and plastic housing or have them upload the media directly to your phone, ready to share with your friends and family. As your paragliding adventure ends, you'll land smoothly, guided by your instructor.
