Hike in Imlil Valley & Tizi N'Tamatert Pass, Imlil

This scenic and easy hike starts at the Kasbah du Toubkal mountain lodge, where you'll trek up the Col of Tizi n’Tamatert Pass. The pass sits at 7,480 feet (2280 m) at its highest point, so you're sure to enjoy several panoramic vistas of the nearby Tachdirt Valley and surrounding mountains.

For lunch, you'll experience the famed Berber hospitality in the village of Tamatert. Enjoy getting to know a local family and join them in their home for a traditional meal. As you eat, learn more about the area's history and culture, especially within the Berber villages. Afterward, you'll follow the same route back to Imlil and the Kasbah du Toubkal.
