The place of the spa is very noisy

I would consider this luxurious. Because it is an eco g friendly hotel it does come w some bugs, but nothing that would stop me from staying again. Rooms were clean, beautiful and spacious.

Really lovely hotel. We loved our cooking class and watching the birds at breakfast. This wouldn’t be the best place to stay for someone afraid of dogs, as several (big, friendly) live on site… then again, Colombia wouldn’t be the best country for someone afraid of dogs.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are great and very kind. The food at the restaurant is delicious! My only complaint was that our room had a strong odor of mold and the mildew caused me to have an allergic reaction.

Loved staying here. A lot of the reviews called it “magical” and that’s a good description. The hotel feeds the birds in the morning, and we loved watching them during breakfast. We had a cooking class with Juan Pablo and he was great.

This was a super relaxing place to stay. The staff was super nice and patient when we were trying to speak broken spanish to them. The spa was a great deal too!

Incredibly tranquil oasis with peaceful, lush grounds. The staff are amazing! So warm and ready to give you what you need. SO friendly. Take a cooking class with the chef. It's a blast. Get a massage. Your body and spirit will thank you. Our room was beautiful, clean and peaceful. This is a place we will come back to for sure.
