I wish there were more stars I could give. I was not paid for this review and when you go there and leave you will be able to say the same thing. Unbelievable hotel!! Every member of their staff was top notch. We have stayed in a lot of nice places all over the world and you will not find a nicer hotel or more attentive staff than what you will find at Les Rochas Blanches! Absolute best. We arrived before check in and were invited to have lunch at their Michelin star restaurant for lunch. Best decision ever. Julian our waiter was awesome. He recommended a Cassis Rose’ wine with our pesto pasta dish that ended up being one of our favorite dishes on our trip. They were able to get us into our ocean view with a balcony room before check in which was a pleasant surprise. The room, I mean THE ROOM!!! Being able to order a pillow to match your sleeping style was unexpected. I ordered the buckwheat filled pillow and slept like a baby every night were there. I even ordered one like it when we got home because I liked it so much. lol. The two infinite pools we swam in were amazing. They were heated to a perfect temperature and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Lounging by the pool with a glass of wine snacking on delicious snacks was like a dream. You will love the little round disk with the button in the middle. One push and the very attentive staff show up to help you with your food or drink order. They were the best. The front desk and concierge are phenomenal. They provided us with a shuttle into Cassis on several occasions and arranged transportation into La Ciotat for an excursion we had. When we were ready to be picked up in Cassis they were there in very short order to take us back to the hotel. That was a helpful perk. Before we, sadly, had to leave, my wife and I were already discussing how and when we could go back to Les Rochas Blanches! By far the best hotel experience we have had! Thank you for ending our vacation in such a relaxing and pleasant way!

This is authentic French experience. Very nonchalant and pleasant service provided by the hotel staff. The ladies working the front desk are the restaurant server and all around everything else when it comes to service. No complaints because they did a great job taking care of us. Our room was clean and well appointed. There was no A/C in the room we stayed in however it did not matter. We left the two windows open at night and the provided fan and were never uncomfortable. Plus you get to hear nature while you sleep! It is about a 15 minute walk into Bayeux which we never did as we hired a cab each time. We did eat a dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. I’m not sure if the front desk attendant was the cook too but it was very good. We would stay at this hotel again.

We were only able to stay here a couple of nights. We arrived to the hotel prior to check in time as our flight was an early morning flight. The hotel staff were so helpful in providing us water and a place to rest for a little while they prepared our room. We did sleep on the comfortable lobby couch and after what seemed like only a few minutes they had our room ready, before check in time! Such a wonderful surprise. The room was clean and comfortable and gave a a chance to rest a little more before heading off to the short distance to Notre Dame. Champs de Elyse and the Arch de Triumph are only a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast in the hotel was excellent along with the nice waitresses that served. Overall we would stay at this hotel again. Perfect for our short stay in Paris.

Our guide Remy was amazing! He was such a wealth of knowledge. He did not just spew information but actually told the history of the places we stopped like you were back in 1944 landing in Normandy yourself. The places themselves are sobering places of history. We absolutely recommend this tour especially if you have Remy as your guide.

Very relaxing experience. The boat size was perfect for the 8 people and 2 crew. The tour was as expected and the skippers were very informative about the Calanques.

Absolutely lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was super supportive and helpful.

This hotel was very old and my room smelled terrible and had bugs all over it

Hotel Suisse was a top notch location and had an excellent view. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and appreciated. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The bathrooms felt a little old and were quite tiny. Some of the hotel staff outshined others. Overall, they were nice and accommodating as we had a bit of a snafu when we first arrived. The location was the best part of this hotel. The value wasn't great given the price we paid, however.

This hotel was really pretty and quaint. The only reason I gave this four stars and not five is that there were some hidden fees we were not aware of and the two single beds we requested were smashed together as one bed. But the location was great. Access to many nearby restaurants and boulangeries as well as the train. The hotel had AC (which is not common in Paris) and was quiet so we were able to get rest. The bathrooms were updated and very nice as well.

This was an interesting experience. We did learn a lot about shopping in Paris on this trip. However, it did feel a bit awkward at times while the tour guide watched us shop at the places she showed us. My 18 year old daughter really loved it the most as she couldn't wait to see some of the shops of Paris.

A fun few hours exploring Antibes and Cannes. We likely would not have gone to these towns otherwise so it was great to see these two other locations and get learn more about the local culture. We also were given some time to tour Cannes by ourselves. Our favorite of the two was Antibes. Very charming place. The tour guides were very nice and helpful as well.

Super fun learning how to ride an e-bike as it was our first time. It really allowed us to see so much more. The only downside was our tour guide often got far ahead of us and it was hard to keep up at times. Despite this, he was very nice and knowledgeable. And it was still a nice time.

Ed was our tour guide and he was fantastic. Even went so far as to make us a lunch reservation outside a castle. He had a lot of knowledge and shared a great deal with us along the way. We saw three amazing places and got the back story for all of them. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

Our tour guide did a great job setting us up with bicycles and also guiding us through Versailles. We saw a great deal and learned a lot. The palace tour was at the end, for which we were on our own and that part was crowded. But the biking part was super fun. We also got a tour of the town and a chance to visit the local shops and restaurants.

Our tour guide, Adam was simply amazing. We were the first family to reach the Mona Lisa. Adam was so much fun and taught us a lot in a short time. I would highly recommend requesting Adam. Go Team Adam!

Ed was fantastic at sharing with us the details of Sainte-Chapelle and the Notre Dame. We learned a great deal about both locations and he shared other information for us as well. He was incredibly nice and took his time to explain the culture and meaning behind these buildings. He also was patient with us as we were still dealing with jet lag from arriving the previous day.

Loved seeing the Eiffel Tower at sunset. The tour guide was great but the tower was packed with people making it difficult to fully enjoy.

guide was great, put on bus with alot of people instead of the small coach for ten as promised or explained in your guide. Unfourtunaely guide had another couple who only spoke spanish, slow time thru abby tour because of double translation.

resonable meal and little miss communication with staff served expresso at end of dinner instead of decaf coffee latta, graet bridge sites an explanation of the various bridges would have been great to enhance the experince,

We used it for visisiting the Louvre for & hours [art overload] and to go to Versailles, It would of helped to gett a better handle on its use.

better on start point, we actually went to the tower first and denied access, went to location thanks to MAPS APP, eventually founf the guide, a better explanation on this would have helped, we thought the confirmation number was our access to the tower.

It was great to allow us the freedom to decide which museums we wanted to visit - we took time to hire a driver to access Versailles - we would have like to have had more time in the gardens (but plan to return in the future ;) and then spent 7 HOURS on another day at the Louvre! Really excellent planning with personal flexibility to allow personal choices to plan our time....superb service with Kimkim!

It was fun to be on a bus and see a bit of the countryside, although most of the way is, by necessity, on highways with obstructive (but beautiful) trees limiting sightseeing. The bus was very comfortable, however the guide, while very kind and knowledgeable was very loud and repeating herself in English, French and Spanish which was annoying at intervals.

The site was easy to find, and the staff let us board even before the scheduled time because it was a bit rainy. We had lovely, unobstructed seating and a fabulous, light dinner with a welcome selection of options.

I didn't acquire an audio guide. The guide was courteous but managed the logistics of getting to the tower and negotiating the elevator access, then said good-bye. We were so very crowded in the lift.

The guide was courteous, well-informed, and responsive, i.e., carefully retracing to various exhibits in response to our questions. Simply a lovely experience.

Excellent hotel conveniently located in Opera district with access to many sites, restaurants, and shopping. A very friendly and helpful staff. New, comfortable rooms. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel with warm, courteous, and accommodating staff. Lovely and excellent restaurant at the Chateau. The Chateau is isolated from downtown Montbazon and transportation via taxi or ride share is quite expensive. The room was comfortable but a bit dated and needs some upgrades to toilet facilities and lighting in bathroom.

Beautiful location offering views of Mont Saint-Michel. Staff, while friendly, was not very accomodating. However their house restaurant was excellent.

Conveniently located in heart in town of Bayeux with access to many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Complimentary continental breakfast was excellent.

The Hotel La Bourdonnais is conveniently located with easy access to Metro, museums, and several cafes and restaurants. Its staff is extremely courteous and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable and stocked daily with bottled water.

A beautiful site and perfect way to spend our last day. Opera Garnier is conveniently located near Hotel Pulitzer and many fine restaurants and shops including Galeries de Lafayette. Agathe was another excellent and informative guide.

Another spectacular day with excellent tours of Chateau Chenonceau and Chateau Chambord. Our lunch at Chateau Villlesavin was excellent. Dimitri was a fantastic guide and fun to be around. Travel from Chateau Artigny in Montbazon to Amboise, where we had to meet Dimitri, was long and expensive. We learned from others staying at Chateau Artigny that we could have met Dimitri in Tours which is much closer to Montbazon.

Our guide, Roxane, was excellent and made the tours so enjoyable. We really loved both chateaus especially Chateau de Villandry. The wine tasting at Chateau Gaudrelle was fun and the wine was quite good but it was at the end of a long day.

While visually breathtaking there is not much to see at the Abbey and it can be very crowded. Long way to travel for one day.

Very informative and moving tour. Our guide, Jack, was excellent, and provided a comprehensive summary of what took place on DDay.

Excellent evening. A very relaxing and enjoyable way to see Paris at night. Great service with excellent food and wine.

Luz is an excellent guide. Also very friendly and knowledgeable. The food tour was fun and we were able to enjoy some excellent pastries.

Kotryna was another outstanding guide … super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to understand. She guided through the best the Louvre has to offer.

Ferit was an exceptional guide … friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to understand.

Lots of fun and excellent wine and cheese. Our host was excellent and guided us through all the wines and cheeses.

Our guides, Joris and Cecilia, made the outing incredibly enjoyable and informative in spite of the wet weather. Both were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Versailles in spectacular!
