Liz Neal

I have been involved in the travel industry since my first job out of college, working for hotels, travel companies and for the last 4 years in Springboard Vacations. I approach my customer's travel like I would like my own travel to be handled. I like to listen to what they expect from a trip and then offer suggestions to make their travel special. I love languages, I can speak English, Spanish and French fluently and I am now studying Italian :)

What places and activities do you specialize in?

"I specialize in creating customized itineraries throughout the South Pacific for singles, couples, families and small groups. I like to provide my customers with unique experiences in each country they visit. I enjoy helping my travelers create memories, more than just itineraries. "

How did you get involved in travel?

"I was fortunate to travel from a young age. The great experiences I had traveling with my parents made me want to be involved in traveling as an adult. I traveled with them, alone, with my husband and with my 4 children (now young adults). Now I travel frequently in the destinations I sell to be able to recommend places and experiences from a personal point of view. . I love the experience of understanding other cultures, speaking other languages, trying new foods....."

Please share a unique travel experience you will never forget.

"Flying over Sydney in a helicopter after having visited the wine country and hovering over the harbour because the pilot had to wait for clearance to land. He apologized profusely and I couldn't have been happier, I couldn't believe the view! In Kangaroo Island I had the most amazing picnic on a private farm while watching the kangaroos not farther than 70 feet from me !"

I can't say enough about my local specialist, Liz! She was wonderful to work with. We were luck to have a corner room with all windows where we could see the River Walk. In the evening beautiful to look at. Only disadvantage was you can hear some of the street noise.

Dear Kelly and family,
Thank you so much for your kind words. It was such a pleasure to work with you and I am so sorry that the airlines had to give you such a tough time but very happy we were able to team-tag between our offices here and in Australia so all would be perfect when you landed.

I would love to be able to plan another trip with you so let me know when the family is ready for New Zealand :)

Liz planned a perfect getaway · Australia - Apr 28 - May 7, 2022

Traveler: Juel B. - Local specialist: Liz Neal

Liz planned a perfect getaway, taking in consideration our timetable and price range. She also encouraged us to try new things like the Sidney Bridgeclimb and River Drift Snorkeling, we're grateful we did it. We'll reach out to Liz again for our next Australian adventure.

Australia, a mix of nature and modernity · Australia - Apr 11 - Apr 22, 2022

Despite we planned to do this trip very late (less than 1 month before the departure), everything was done perfectly: all bookings made in 1 week And targeting exactly what we expected (hotels and activities). The hotels were very comfortable and in a ideal place in each city. We really loved all the activities : excellent guides with a lot of experience, good advices and sense of humor. The only activity we liked less was the barrier reef boat trip because the weather was quite bad but also because it was a “mass “ activity (more than 100 people in the boat). Our best memories will be the biking in Sydney, the magnificent blue mountains, we did by ourselves a walking day starting in Bondy beach and it was great !, in Cairns, we visited the beautiful tropical gardens, and finally in Melbourne, we loved the arcades walk with the guide (despite the rain) and the trip to Philip Island (it was so fantastic to see penguins and wallabies in their natural environment!). Australia was full of surprises even for people like us who live in an exotic country (Thailand) : seeing cacatoès, ibis, perrots and giant bats in the middle of a big city is really unusual ! We loved this mix of nature and modernity.

Very difficult to choose the best activity: blue mountains is finally our choice because of the stop to the farm so we could see koala, wallaby and kangaroo very close and then the fantastic views and water falls! It was a perfect day
