I have always been a curious child, with a great passion for geography. I loved to run my finger over my litte globe, dreaming of being in that place at that exact time. I was lucky enough to be able to travel a lot around the world, first with my family and then adventuring on my own. I have now decided to put my curiosity at disposal, helping people discover the beauties of all the wounderful places I have been to and making their dream travels come true.

How did you get involved in travel?

"I have always been passionate about languages and studied interpreting and translation to help people communicate. I also love planning my own trips, taking care of every little detail. Now, I’ve decided to do the same for other fellow travelers, creating personalized journeys that make travel smooth, meaningful, and unforgettable."

We had such a wonderful time on spring break in Italy! Luca was a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job arranging our tours. His communication was perfect and timely when we were planning. Beautiful hotel located right in the center of the central district of Bologna. We were located adjacent to the Basilica and town square and everything including shopping and dining was within a few square blocks. Couldn't have asked for a better location. While the room was a bit small, it wasn't unexpected given the older, historical nature of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was incredible, both in quantity and quality of food and the diversity of offerings.

We loved this hotel and the staff. Perfectly located just a couple of blocks from San Marco square and the Basilica and along the primary shopping district. The hotel had a canal entrance which was great for water taxis and the staff was incredibly friendly - the front desk and concierge team were amazing, helpful and extremely friendly. The room was excellent, very large and spacious and the breakfast buffet was great. We had drinks and dinner at the hotel one night and it was a great decision.

We were a little disappointed with the tour. We enjoyed the initial walk through of the city hall and square and some of the historical information but the tour of the food and restaurants didn't really get into a lot of detail on the various foods, history, why the popularity in Bologna, etc. The oil/balsamic stop was very nice but the visits to the mortadella restaurant and pasta restaurant were just volume fast food type of restaurants. We were hoping for something more quaint and local. And we finished before the gelato store was open so were given a voucher and came back on our own. The guide was friendly but just not a lot of depth into the food and wine history and specialty of Bologna.

Luca did a wonderful job of creating our tour of Italy and Aurora was very responsive once we arrived. Additionally, due to some travel delays, the 24 hour service offered by KimKim was excellent.

Accommodations were great, itnerary perfect and very impressed with the CiaoFlorence drivers that KimKim shceduled for us. They were always on time, professional and friendly.

Overall, we enjoyed the trip. It was a bit busy with making transfers every 2 days . It would have been much easier to have our hotel stays closer to the attractions that were scheduled. We had to arrange for taxi/Uber due to the distance. The hotels were nice but not always clean. La Tonnarella was wonderful, clean and we would go again. Hotel Liassidi was not clean and not very special. Super basic and had bed bugs. Pitti Palace was nice, but not very close to the... Read more

La Tonnarella was wonderful, clean and we would go again.

Trevi Palace was nice, but again, it was across town from the colloseum and the Vatican.

Our tour guides, Sarah in Florence, Alex in Rome and Luca in florence were great !

We actuallly did not get a tour of the Royal Gardens in Venice. wondering what happened here ? We did not have vouchers for this .

Luca was wonderful in helping us with this trip and was very responsive.

I did all the planning for this trip for my daughter and grandchildren, but did not go with them. This was a special trip for our 14 year old grandson. Luca helped me from day one and was amazing, especially with choosing excursions that would appeal to my grandson. My daughter thinks I am the best travel agent ever, as they had a wonderful trip with everything being just as we had planned. Luca planned wonderful excursions for them with small group sizes. They were met with your guides promptly with no glitches. Hotels were just as Luca described and I loved that he sent me pictures of each hotel. He suggested many places for them to eat that were reasonably priced, and they loved every one of them. Their favorite part was the Amalfi Coast tour and the boat ride around Capri. Having never used a travel agency before, I was very nervous about this. Luca put me at ease and made it all very easy. I have already recommended your agency to all my friends and told them to ask for Luca.

The 9/25 morning Milan city tour was cancelled without notifying us. We waited at the meeting point for a long time. After contacting the local support, another activity was arranged at noon but it was only the Duomo visit for 1.5 hours vs. the planned morning activity for 4 hours.
The 10/2 driver pick up was late for 30 minutes. We believe we should have some refund for the activity that did not happen as planned. Read more

Be prepared to have a big stomach as the food quantity is a lot. There are 1 big piece of focaccia bread, 1 big piece of la pia, then pesto pasta, then 2 kinds of mussels, the gelato. It is good to try local food but I think it is better to spread out the time to eat them.

The activity didn’t happen as planned until we contact the local support. We were informed it was cancelled. Then they arranged a noon activity to visit thr Duomo only.

I completely understand and know it was not the one planned, but since we were also informed last minute of the tour not running that day, I tried to propose you the best option to at least let you see the cathedral. As for the transfer of 10/2, unfortunately there was heavy traffic that day due to a strike, and therefore we managed to assist you in the best way possible, but unfortunately the situation was beyond our control, sorry for that!
I truly appreciate all your feedback on activities and hotels, it really helps me understand what can go and what not for future travelers! 😉
