Our tours are planned by local experts, and they come at very competitive price. In fact, you would spend more in doing it by yourself rather than purchasing our options.
We guarantee high quality services on advantageous terms, thanks to agreements with players that are part of our network.

Meet & Greet works with a variety of partners to elevates the Italy travel experience by providing a wide range of services, including but not limited to tours and sightseeing, chauffeur services, food and wine experiences, Gondola rides, VIP experiences and railway services like portage services, and station and luggage transfer.

We are active in sustainability: we are the only Italian GSTC certified TO and we got the Travelife Partner status. We have joined the "Tourism Declares" international campaign and we are keeping working to achieve even more ambitious certifications that will show our commitment.
Our tours are 100% carbon neutrals. Where tour activities do generate carbon, we offset this through our partnership with TREES FOR ITALY. This organization plants native tree species across Italy. They not only absorb CO2 and generate cooling shade, but also create habitats and boost biodiversity, supporting native Italian wildlife.

The 9/25 morning Milan city tour was cancelled without notifying us. We waited at the meeting point for a long time. After contacting the local support, another activity was arranged at noon but it was only the Duomo visit for 1.5 hours vs. the planned morning activity for 4 hours.
The 10/2 driver pick up was late for 30 minutes. We believe we should have some refund for the activity that did not happen as planned. Read more

Be prepared to have a big stomach as the food quantity is a lot. There are 1 big piece of focaccia bread, 1 big piece of la pia, then pesto pasta, then 2 kinds of mussels, the gelato. It is good to try local food but I think it is better to spread out the time to eat them.

This hotel's location is 5 Star. It is ultra contemporary and artsy. The small entry is full of huge ceiling to floor pics of nudes men and women.. Rooms are stark with no key for entry, used furniture, no phone, no ventilation in bathroom causing a sauna-like atmosphere. However, location could not be better. I would not give v this hotel the 5-star rating it has except for the location. Restaurant was beyond expensive-45 Euro for a Ceasars Salad.

It is rated 4 star but should be 5 star. Location is amazing. The restaurant staff and front desk were amazing. The room was newly renovated, large, and beautiful with huge terrace. It is one of the most intimate hotels were have ever stayed in.

The hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel . Our room was so small that we could not even open our luggage. The room was beautifully appointed. Some suggestions for the bathroom--the shiny marble floors are dangerous. The shower floor should have strips on it not to fall. There was no ledge for shampoo, soap, etc.

The front office staff were not attentive. As a 5-star hotel, service is what makes the hotel get this rating. A good morning would be nice and v welcoming to guests. We felt one in particular was more important than the guests.

Susan and I had an amazing Italy experience. Our guides were so knowledgeable and very friendly. We were extremely lucky to have beautiful weather during our trip. All the excursions were so wonderful! The only thing I was taken back by was the amount of people in the Colosseum and the Vatican- it was difficult to listen to the guide, take pictures and stay with the group. But, I guess that’s to be expected… The only suggestion I have- would be to make visitors aware if they are going to the... Read more

We had the perfect trip to Rome and the Amalfi coast. Luca always was prompt to answer any questions and when we couldn’t find our tour guide for one of our tours, he solved the issue. We loved the hotels, locations and the food served at the hotels. The tours were great. We especially liked Pompeii and the Path of the Gods. Mathew was so much fun and we loved the fact his family farmed the region. We really have only positive memories and stories. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.... Read more

Very nice room and breakfast. The location is perfect in Rome, very close to the Trevi Fountain which is beautiful.

My daughter and I traveled around Italy and had a blast. Francesco developed the perfect itinerary for us. We went to Rome (saw the Colosseum, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps, Palatine Hill) then on to Sorrento to experience the Amalfi coast (had a day trip to Capri (my favorite) and another day trip to see the rest of the coast) and lastly experienced Venice and all it had to offer. Unfortunately we missed our connecting flight to Rome to start the trip and we reached out to Francesco and he was able to cancel our private transfer, let the hotel know we would be late, and rescheduled the tours we had scheduled for that day. He kept us calm and made everything easy peasy! It was the trip of a lifetime and we will forever recommend KimKim for any travel needs!!

The experience was great! The transfers, hotels and care line all worked well. Two points that would have helped:
1) Pantheon Inn wasn’t at the same level as Tasso and Cannaletto. More hotel choices would have been great.

Francesco was fantastic in planning and executing our Italy trip. He accommodated our interests in the timeframe we had. Rome was very interesting with all the history. Loved the pizza making in Florence. Venice was little underwhelming.
Francesco and his team were available on WhatsApp as needed. They were proactive about a train strike and made sure our trip went smooth.

I can’t say enough about Cecilia and how great she was in designing a trip for a family who had never been to Italy before and making sure that our itinerary met our needs. She found us great hotels that were both convenient location wise but also rooms that were comfortable for the whole family. Cecilia was very responsive leading up to our trip and made sure we were well educated on everything we needed to know before we left and provided us all of our necessary travel documents in one easy to use location that made our days travelling easy to follow. While on our trip Cecilia also made herself available for us to ask questions and was quick to respond if we weren’t sure if we were in a proper location for a tour or had a travel question as we moved from one place to the next.

We spent three days in Venice, three in Florence, four in Sorrento and ended with three days in Rome. Sorrento was the highlight destination for the whole family with our boat tour of the Amalfi Coast as our favourite day of the whole trip.

Thank you for everything Cecilia, your talent, your work and your dedication to our happiness is appreciated more than we can tell you!
