Our guide in Buenos Aires was absolutely wonderful — his knowledge of the city's history, architecture, and political past brought everything to life in a way no guidebook ever could. From the streets of Recoleta to the stories behind the city's iconic buildings, he made every stop genuinely fascinating. We'd book with him again in a heartbeat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip. The places and experiences that made up our itinerary were excellent. We particularly enjoyed El Calafate/El Chalten. The kayaking/hiking day was amazing. And also the area around Salta - just stunning scenery. In Ushuaia, we loved the day of hiking and rafting. We did not have good luck with weather but enjoyed ourselves nonetheless. The hotels & breakfasts met our expectations - nothing disappointing. The internal flights and all the transfers went very smoothly. And the guides we had for the various things we did were really excellent. Well-informed, easy to understand, fun to be with.
The only thing we might have liked more of was a chance to walk or hike during the four days we spent in the north around Salta. We realize there were long distances to cover by vehicle and so maybe not enough time for that.

Everything worked like clock work. Making the plan was easy and service and execution to the plan were perfect. Response to the provided emergency number was almost instantaneous. trips are highly customizable and suggestions provided by the team were great. My second trip with Kim Kim and I recommend them to anybody.

While we typically love researching and planning our travel, given the last minute decision to go to Argentina and the country's size and need for domestic flights, off loading the itinerary details to Mery was the absolute best decision we made. Because booking asap was critical - especially given the high season and the holidays - she thoughtfully listened and efficiently considered our itinerary wish list. She compiled one that we all thoroughly enjoyed and will never forget. We know it was no small feat to book all these flights, accommodations and tours, and we totally appreciate her efforts. Shout outs to Gerado who expertly trekked with us to a glaciar lagoon (Glacier Sur), Hector at Iguazu Falls/Argentinian side, who stepped in last minute and was happy to share every single detail about this incredible World Heritage Site, and also Martin, who enthusiastically escorted us to local tango halls, delivering a true sense of Buenos Aires culture. Still, know that all the guides were exceptionally engaging and knowledgable. Depending on how you like to travel, we'd highly recommend kimkim for your next trip~Thank you!

Mery, our kikkim specialist and Melagros, our local coordinator, were amazing. Every detail was well-managed, dates were coordinated and doubled checked, pricing was clear and fair, and there was ongoing communication throughout our adventures in Argentina. Our local guide in Buenos Aires, Natalie, was superb. She loves her city, and it shines through at every site. Natalie not only pointed out numerous sites on our 4 hour tour but explained the history, architecture, origin, and neighborhood of every location. Lots of opportunities for dialogue, questions, and experiences were provided. The time flew by and really helped to familiarize us with this beautiful city. Additionally, Natalie, provided numerous recommendations for restaurants, museums, and shopping opportunities to visit later.

Our driver, Michelle, was incredibly competent. She navigated the city as an expert, getting us safely to each location, slowing past 'drive-by' sites, and accommodating quick nearby 'add-on' sites.
Equally complicated was our adventures at Iguazu Falls on the Argentina and Brazil sides. Our guides were very knowledgeable of the falls and rainforest, and gave us lots of time explore and take photos. We did a boat trip to the falls, which was an adrenaline rush, and an authentic Brazilian lunch were unexpected additions that were incredible.

One of most memorable vacations that my family and I have had, thanks to Mery Morelli and her team, notably, Luciana Franchi.

Mery supported me through the process of planning our travels in Patagonia, providing necessary information and options to customize the trip based on our likes and dislikes. The process entailed several iterations from my side but Mery was extremely patient and worked with me to finalize the itinerary. Once the itinerary was confirmed, Luciana helped with several logistics related details and even with last minutes adds to the itinerary (Buenos Aires Tango Show and Santiago City Tour).

Everything worked like clockwork! The team tracked our flights, sent us alerts, and were there to pick up us up at the airports. Everyone we interacted with was professional, pleasant, and had showed a passion for what they do. Our travel guides (Natalia, Romina, and Paulina) were super knowledgeable and ensured we got the most out of the tours.

Altogether, an exceptional experience and I highly recommend this team for anyone planning a trip to South America.
