Say Hueque

We are explorers – We are passionate – We are nature enthusiasts

In 1999, based on personal travel, dreams and passion Say Hueque Journeys was born! We are a travel company based in Argentina that creates sustainable and immersive travel experiences focused on connecting travelers with nature and our local communities.

We craft each and every one of our trips using local knowledge and the highest international standards, and that’s how we gained recognition from the most reputable travel sources in the industry. (National Geographic, The New York Times, Lonely Planet, Travel & Leisure, CNN to name a few…)

As local experts, and professional travelers, we know our region as if it was our own backyard, so we are able to design your dream journey, according to your style and budget. We don’t only work with the most exclusive properties but we are also very familiar with small boutique hotels, charming B&Bs, and the coziest boutique hotels.

We know how to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier in order to avoid crowds, when to trek in Torres del Paine for intimate experience with the Patagonian mountains and what time of day to visit Iguazú Falls to enjoy the best day-light and a personal encounter with this wonder of nature.

Compensating carbon emissions, operating plastic-free trips and committing to local communities is how we are leading to a more sustainable, responsible and meaningful way of exploring Argentina and Chile.

I was consistently and pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to work with Mery from afar. I was also always impressed with the tours and activities we participated in. We did a group tour to both the Argentina and Brazil sides of Iguazu Falls, with Daniela, our tour guide. She went above and beyond to make sure we safely got across the border, coming and going, which made us feel much more confident navigating the language barrier. Daniela also helped my son practice his Spanish, which helped him feel more prepared to start school here at the end of our visit. When in Buenos Aires, we did a half-day walking tour with Natalia, who taught us both so much about the history, culture, and language of Argentina. She gave us recommendations for movies to watch, futbol teams to cheer for, and other resources to learn more about my son’s host country. All our experiences felt cultivated just for us, and that personalization greatly enhanced our experience in Argentina. I wholeheartedly recommend!

When in Buenos Aires, we did a half-day walking tour with Natalia, who taught us both so much about the history, culture, and language of Argentina. She gave us recommendations for movies to watch, futbol teams to cheer for, and other resources to learn more about my son’s host country. She showed my son, who would be going to school in Buenos Aires after my departure, how to use public transport and get his Sube card. We saw monuments to history and the religions that influenced the beautiful city and country, learned about Tango and Mafalda and Maradona, and countless other things that make Argentina and Buenos Aires unique. I loved every second we spent with her! I wholeheartedly recommend!

We are also glad that the tours and activities en Iguazú y Buenos Aires. felt personal and thoughtfully designed for you both. Creating journeys that feel authentic and tailored to each traveler is something we truly care about, so your words mean a great deal to our team.

I felt like I wasn't getting much help there, and for the price we paid, I expected better efficiency.

We had to make do...

The same goes for some hotels, which weren't up to par for the price of the trip. Others, however, were really nice.

I think next time I'll use Kim Kim (say huque), more for the transfer and welcome than for anything else... thanks.

We can’t say enough positive things about the planning and care by staff (Micaela & Julieta): every ride was there when promised, the guides (Sabrina and Rodriguez) were beyond excellent with their in-depth knowledge and interpretation, the choice of hotels (espeically the boutique hotel in Palermo/Soho and the Yurt at Pristine Camp) , and regular contact with us to make sure all was well.
Though all parts of the trip were superb, the cooking class Lamadrid Winery in Mendoza and the Iguazu Falls in Iguazu were fun and engaging.
This was our second Kimkim trip planning experience, and it’s not likely to be the last!! Thank you, Kimkim!!

Superb! It started off with us two - 86 and 83 years young - working our way through a Tango lesson. Even have a video to share (if we choose!). Then a stage-side dinner show. Dinner was good, the Tango show (90 minutes) was fun and superb. It happened that the couple sharing our table had their daughter as a part of one of the Tango teams. That added some 'connection' for us, and after the show, we had our pictures taken with the daughter and her Tango partner.

However, prior to our arrival, while arranging the trip through Kimkim, we did not receive the level of support we expected. The responsiveness and service mindset did not meet our expectations.

In addition, the hotels selected were not worth with the price we paid. In some cases, the hotel staff informed us that they do not have room types suitable for three people, even though the booking was made for three. As a result, the space was insufficient, particularly for our luggage.
For certain hotels, the locations were quite far from the town center, making it inconvenient to access restaurants on foot, despite there being many better-located hotels available.

Overall, we are not satisfied with the service experience and would prefer to arrange our own bookings in the future.

I was very tired and I was dead asleep and didn’t really hear or understand the announcement and consequently when we landed I thought we were there and I got off had to book another flight myself and a hotel and get on the flight the next morning to go to Baltra while at the airport, I talked to a girl the same thing happened to her. She was not told there was a stop over and she had gone to sleep as well so.
But for the most part, the trip was wonderful. I was always picked up on time brought back the guides and the drivers were wonderful. The hotels were excellent except in QUITO I had to have cold showers. Other than that my showers were all hot, but that hotel was very nice even with the cold showers. The quality of the tours were terrific. I enjoyed every one of them one person who is very instrumental in helping me was Leo QUITO who came to the hotel and explained several things to me that I didn’t understand and that made a world of difference. I have told many many people how my tour was organized because as travelling alone, I spoke to everybody and they all wanted to know about my tour for one person for such a long period of time so I told them Kim Kim was an excellent company and I had used it a couple times before and would definitely be using it again. Weather was excellent so that was a good time to go. Things weren’t as expensive as I thought they would be food was excellent all in all. It was a trip of a lifetime thank you Dorothy McConville Vancouver Canada.

Tasted some beautiful wines and talked with local staff to get a better understanding of what the region offers. Only down side is the extremely high cost to freight goods to US or Euro destinations.. freight often costing more than the produce itself.

Simple and smooth entry to the park, program ran to time, guide managed ticketing for those that hadn’t already purchased entry tickets. (Do buy ahead if you can, it makes things simpler). The sites are amazing, mostly from the top of the falls, but take the boat ride that takes you under the falls, it’s brilliant, but prepared to be wet.
