We are explorers – We are passionate – We are nature enthusiasts
In 1999, based on personal travel, dreams and passion Say Hueque Journeys was born! We are a travel company based in Argentina that creates sustainable and immersive travel experiences focused on connecting travelers with nature and our local communities.
We craft each and every one of our trips using local knowledge and the highest international standards, and that’s how we gained recognition from the most reputable travel sources in the industry. (National Geographic, The New York Times, Lonely Planet, Travel & Leisure, CNN to name a few…)
As local experts, and professional travelers, we know our region as if it was our own backyard, so we are able to design your dream journey, according to your style and budget. We don’t only work with the most exclusive properties but we are also very familiar with small boutique hotels, charming B&Bs, and the coziest boutique hotels.
We know how to visit the Perito Moreno Glacier in order to avoid crowds, when to trek in Torres del Paine for intimate experience with the Patagonian mountains and what time of day to visit Iguazú Falls to enjoy the best day-light and a personal encounter with this wonder of nature.
Compensating carbon emissions, operating plastic-free trips and committing to local communities is how we are leading to a more sustainable, responsible and meaningful way of exploring Argentina and Chile.

Fantastic Patagonia Vacation for Four Friends · Patagonia - Feb 23 - Mar 4, 2020
Overall, we had a great trip and with minor exceptions all the logistics and tours went very smoothly. Some notes regarding our specific experiences in each destination:
- Gabriella, our guide for the first two days (Kawen Adventures) was exceptional. She was extremely knowledgeable and provided a wealth of information regarding the geology, flora and fauna, etc. She was very attentive and accommodating to our individual needs and interests.
- Both drivers (Tricky sp?,... read more
Very helpful! · Chile - Dec 8 - Dec 17, 2019
Everything was already fully detailed on the planning but getting on the sites itself, it got way more spectacular!
You also get the help you need and everywhere I stayed, the people were very helpful and nice and welcoming!
Even if you have the slightest misfortune (a delayed flight) they came to check on me and to adapt the planning accordingly.
All by all, it is something I will do again and i would recommend.
It helps you travel but does not forget to give you enough free time where necessary!
Short and very well organized trip · Chile - Nov 25 - Nov 28, 2019
Kimkim has been very helpful in organizing the trip while able to offer the best value for money service. Daiana has been very responsive also for small details. Huellas Del Desierto has been able to organize a short trip that was at the same time able to touch the most amazing areas in the time. The most beautiful one being the Altiplanos Lagunas.
Buenos Aires and Iguazu falls tour · Argentina - Nov 1 - Nov 7, 2019
The trip to Argentina was incredible! Such convenience of having all of our transport coordinated for us. We loved the tango dinner show experience and our tour of Buenos Aires was fantastic. They accommodated the needs of my kids by scheduling us an earlier dinner tango show and a van service for our city tour which made sightseeing much easier for our family. Everything coordinated for us in Iguazu was excellent as well. I really liked Say Heque which was the tour company in Argentina that... read more

Edwuardo was good, at times a bit condescending. I think he needs to show more background info on the trips he guides in other words plants and animals. Trips were to short. Back to the hotel by 14:00. I paid a lot of money not to have short days. On one day we did the geyser basin plus the 10km hike that was to be schedule the next day. back to hotel by15:30. because of this I pointed out to my guide that I had an empty day. We ended doing a hike up this volcano. Again back early. Your... read more

Considering how packed our schedule was for this trip, things ran smoothly. Service by Marcela in Buenos Aires was amazing. Thank goodness for her because we didn't know about the weight limits in our carry on to fly to El Calafate. Tour around Buenos Aires with Nicolas was fun. It was nice that we were the first to get picked up so we could talk about other things that interested us about Argentina
There was a small hiccup when we got to El Calafate and nobody was there to pick us up. It... read more

It was a great pleasure working with Daiana. She replied to all my questions throughout the planning phase and helped me customize my trip. I will give her a wave on top of the 5 star rating.
1) Our private guides Alejandra, Frank, and Javier (driving us) to the Moon and Mars Valley and the Rainbow Valley were absolutely fantastic. They had the passion and experience to match that of ours. They took pleasure answering our questions or even look up the internet to do so.
2) The... read more

The entire kimkim team was fantastic! We had several flight delays and changes and could not have been more impressed by the support provided by Mery, our drivers and our tour guides to quickly and seamlessly resolve any issues with the airlines. Knowing we had a team behind us we could depend on was an added bonus.
Our guide, Manuel, in Iguazu was terrific!
I cannot recommend kimkim enough and will reach out to the group first as we begin planning or next journey.
Norte Grande/Norte Chico trip · Chile - Jun 9 - Jun 27, 2019
Chile is an outstanding travel experience. I have traveled extensively in the world and I believe the country of Chile is one of the best. The scenery is stunning and the people are warm and friendly. My wife and I returned from a three week trip yesterday and are basking in the afterglow.
Our guide and driver in the Santiago and the Elqui valley areas were Alejandro and Luis. There can be no better guide than Alejandro with Senderos Nativos and no better driver than Luis.

All came together well. Guides were very knowledgeable and had a sense of humour which is always a bonus. Mery had everything planned and organized. Thank you 😊
Torres del Paine · Chile - Apr 15 - Apr 19, 2019
The first two nights of the trip were terrible. Our original campsites were indiscriminately closed without warning. As a result all the campers were forced to use the facilities of much smaller refugios, which were inadequate for the number of people. We were herded in and out of the eating areas like cattle, with strict time limits for consuming our meals.
Furthermore, I was dramatically overcharged compared to other people in my group who booked directly with the tour operator, Chile... read more

This was my first time in South America and Chile, and also my first time as a solo traveler. Mery put together a fantastic and thorough 15 day itinerary for me in Chile covering all the highlights and more that I had not thought off. I am grateful and privileged to have covered so much of Chile in such a short amount of time. All credit for this goes to Mery and her team.
The tours that were arranged were on-time, professional and very informative. The guides, whilst mainly catering to... read more

I liked that kimkim provides suggested itineraries. It helped me to decide what to do on my trip. It resulted in my choosing to start in Buenos Aires, going to Ushuaia and finishing up in Chile. This was my first time using kimkim, so I was unsure of the quality of the service I would be receiving but I was happy with how things turned out.
My reason for giving only four stars is that there was quite often a lag in communication. I would request something or ask a question, and... read more

With the help of Mery, I had a wonderful time in Patagonia. She planned a 14day trip of trekking in Patagonia and suggested locations I had not considered that ended up being incredible. El Chaltén, Argentina, was a wonderful addition to my original plans and I would have not discovered this wonderful town if not for Mery. She and her team at Say hueque deserve all the credit for my visit to the Argentine side of Patagonia being a success. Mery also booked a guided trek of Torres del Paine... read more

Really enjoyed the trip that Mery coordinated. Drivers were very professional (some spoke only Spanish and some were fluent in English- all were fabulous and went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience). Note, be very specific with your wishes if you don’t want to take a long (South American style) lunch and would rather finish up earlier in the day. Sometimes a late afternoon vineyard tour and tasting makes for a sleepy evening. We had some last minute schedule changes... read more
Best of Patagonia - 9 Days · Argentina - Jan 25 - Feb 3, 2019
Overall great experience. Very organized. Good communication along the way.
Only guide was Sandra. Great several hours touring Buenos Aires.
Small tweaks. Highlight cost of national parks and that it is cash only.
Acknowledge that AM tours may be late because of multiple pickups. Important to be ready however less stress if you know that last pickup may be 30 minutes after set time.
Note actual length of bus rides.
I would combine the two itineraries provided.
Overall well put together trip.

Thanks to Kimkim our W trek was amazing. Diana was fantastic in all sense. She responded promptly and made changes to our itinerary as required.
Only one suggestion, which is for fantastic sur, on day we could have stayed in Frances, day 3 Paine Grande which would have made things a bit better in terms of covering more.
We will definitely come back to Kimkim for our next Chilean and Argentina adventure

Your team did a great job with the overall organization of the trip. We were met at EZE by Ceci, who provided a bottle of wine. All connections were spot on. We took two trips out to Perito Moreno glacier. If I had realized how long it takes to get out there, I might have made a change in our daily itinerary...still, not a big deal. I thought the cave on the way to Torres Del Paine Park was interesting, but not sure it was worth the time. Everything else was spectacular. We were well... read more

Maria was wonderful from start to finish. She picked a terrific itinerary and gave great advice on where to go and how many days to spend. All the arrangements she made went off without a hitch. She helped with changes and a traveler who had to change plans last minute due to illness. We all had a wonderful time and I would use Maria again in a heartbeat!

We had an incredible trip. Everything went smoothly, we were met and picked up promptly at every location/airport etc. The guides were good especially James? on the half day tour of Santiago and Ozzie (Ozwaldo) on the half day Altiplanics Lagoon Trip in Atacama Desert. The street art and painted houses in Valpariso were interesting , Vina Del Mar was not.
I would highly recommend the drive we took from Puerto Montt through part of the lake district to Bariloche, while Bariloche is very... read more

This was a complete mess.
We were given no details regarding the tours beforehand. Only what time they began.
The paperwork said someone would be in touch to confirm our pickup time, etc. We didn't hear from anyone. I had to make an international call at midnight the night before to find out when we should be ready. When I inquired about a drop-off time, she couldn't tell me.
Then, we hated our guide (about 99% sure she was hungover). She threw up the entire first half of the tour, told... read more

The entire trip went as smoothly as possible. All transfers were on time, all guides were quite knowledgeable and gracious hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would love to return. We had many unique experiences and were grateful to see them all. The most spectacular were the Beagle Channel tour in Ushuaia, the hiking in El Chalten and the Perito Moreno Glacier tour near El Calafate.
Best of Uruguay/Chile · Chile - Jul 25 - Aug 4, 2018
I have done a good few trips and this one was definitely up there with the best. I travelled the length and breadth of Chile - which has plenty of the former and very little of the latter, so it meant a lot of flying north and south. I feel like I got a taste of the entire country, from Atacama to Patagonia. Could doubtless have spent longer at a few key places, but on the other hand, Chile is such a long way to come from the UK I felt I had to pack as much in as possible on this one trip. I... read more
