Morocco is a vast country, extending from its Mediterranean shores in the north to the desert wonderland of the Sahara in the south. Spend an afternoon sipping tea on a Marrakech rooftop, take a camel ride through the desert, or hike in the snow-topped High Atlas mountains; whatever you choose, you'll love experiencing everything Morocco has to offer.

Where should I go in Morocco?
From the hustle and bustle of Marrakech to the peaks and valleys of the stunning High Atlas region, Morocco has an incredibly diverse blend of geography, climate, and culture. Each region has its own unique array of activities for travelers to choose from, as well as specific weather patterns to be aware of.

When is the best time to visit?
Morocco is a year-round destination, though each of its regions has an ideal time to go. Tangier in northern Morocco, for example, has a pleasant Mediterranean climate year-round, while travelers interested in experiencing the Sahara desert will want to stick to a trip in Spring or Fall to avoid extreme temperatures

Things to Do in Morocco

Morocco is full of opportunities for both adventure and relaxation. Take a kitesurfing lesson on the Atlantic Coast, go mountain biking in the High Atlas mountains, or spend a day shopping for rugs and antiques in the fantastic markets of Marrakech

Want to explore the best that Morocco has to offer? Get started by describing your ideal trip and we'll connect you with a local specialist to plan out the details.

Best of all, he treated us as his best friends and we shared family moments together. Overall, we had a great experience and plan to return to visit Southern Morocco.

Beautiful riad in the Medina. Our room was spacious, comfortable and authentic. Breakfast and dinner were fabulous. Most importantly were the services provided by the manager and staff - professional, friendly, great suggestions on activities. This riad was definitely a highlight of our stay in Fes.

Inevitably, there were long car rides, and Faisal broke them up with interesting stops that highlighted local history and commerce. We had local guides in several cities, and in the aggregate, they were excellent.

Our guide, Souhel, gave us a wide range of Moroccan foods we hadn't had anywhere else, showing us the kitchens in the Medina as they were cooking, and explained the processes involved. His choices were all tasty and authentic. Souhel was more than just a good guide and historian, he was a true ambassador of Marrakech and Morocco.

I spent the last two weeks on tour in Morocco with 5 female friends, visiting the main sights (minus the Sahara desert). Our driver Abdul was amazing - kind, courteous, funny and he always had a huge smile on his face - it was a delight to see him every day. We felt very safe and cared for on our tour and communication was good. We had some confusion with a hotel booking but it was quickly rectified. Abdul also went out of his way to take one of us for medical treatment when needed. The organiser, Majid, kept us up to date and communicated well. As for Morocco - I cannot recommend seeing this stunning country enough - the people are so very kind, caring and only want the best for anyone visiting. The food was always delicious and fresh. The shopping was fun and exciting. The landscapes are beautiful and varied from the commanding Atlas Mountains to the sunny shores of Casablanca to the narrow, blue lane ways of Chefchaoun. I will never forget my trip to Morocco and I will definitely be coming back.

Hotel Review
Dar Laman
Chefchaouen

My favourite hotel on my trip to Morocco. The location is wonderful, close to the heart of Chefchaouen and all it's shopping, dining and the main square. The aesthetics of the hotel was on point and the rooms were a dream to look at. It truly made us feel a sense of whimsy and delight with bright colours and detailed finishings used. The food was absolutely delicious as we had breakfast each day and a dinner one night overlooking Chefchaouen. I will definitely return to this hotel - the staff were kind, caring and very attentive to our needs.
