My KimKim team in Spain — Alfonso & Uhaina — could not have been better. Immediately responsive to any and every question or need that I had. I was ill in Sevilla for several days. They coordinated with my hotel staff to ensure I had all the care and attention I needed. Being sick in a foreign land is uncomfortable to say the least. The help and reassurance they provided was invaluable. When my plans changed because of the illness, they rearranged everything with professionalism and kindness. I cannot recommend KimKim more highly. I will use KimKim for every trip f rom now on.

Alfonso was responsive and helpful with planning the trips. Gabriella a d Marta, the guides for the Alhambra and Ronda respectively, were really fantastic. There was some contradictory and outdated information in some descriptions in our final itinerary that led to some confusion while on the trip, but Alfonso and his team were responsive in answering our questions and providing clarity.

What an amazing trip!! The team at Kimkim is the best out there.
Our tours in Barcelona with Lili were informative and fun. My sons 10 & 12 especially enjoued teh biking tour.
The fishing camp was fantastic, nice, clean and friendly staff. We caught some big carp and we will be back for the catfish!
Madrid was wonderful and the Real Madrid game was next level excitement! We would definitely use kimkim again!!

José was an exceptional tour guide. Knowledgeable is an understanding! And personable beyond expectations! I highly recommend if you want historical background and palace I intrigue, which I did!
Maria’s tour of Musé Sophia Reina was eye opening for this American! She is an awesome host and guide with detailed knowledge and passion for the modern art within the museum!

The itinerary developed by Alfonso was excellent! He & his partner communicated constantly before & during our trip. All of our activities from arrival to departure were flawlessly executed.
We spent 6 days with our fantastic guide, Jose’. He came to our AirBnb each day & took care of all of our needs. He was extremely knowledgeable (especially on art history) & personable. He had a passion for the history & culture of Spain which he shared with us. Our tours of Toledo & Segovia were great day trips. We had one day with another guide, Maria who was also fantastic!

Alfonso was wonderful at planning a trip without much feed back from me, as i was very pressed for time prior to the trip departure. The guides he hired were AMAZING! Jose was born and raised in Madrid, knew the city and the culture like the back of his hand, and his passion for art history and it’s links to the country were clear in his passionate tour of the Prado. Raquel was born and raised in SEville, and was a true ambassador for the city. Her love for her city and it’s history was clear, and she loved sharing it with us.
Thank you Kim Kim and Alfonso for an amazing Spain trip.

Review for KimKim 1 December 2025

My wife and I decided to sponsor a family trip to Spain. Our trip would be for a week for the 6 of us. Our planning time with KimKim and agents, Alfonso and Uhaina was very easy. We established our basic budget, hotel preferences, transport needs, and places to visit. The communications were by text and went very well. We opted out of having our local transportation needs met by the trip provider. We were confident that we could use the metro and cabs. Indeed, we found the metro and taxis easy to use. We did request airport transfers, and they were provided, with good drivers and nice cars, meeting us right on time and in the right place.
Unfortunately, I took a hard fall on our second full day and had to spend the night in the emergency room in Barcelona. I was unable to continue with the remainder of the trip, which included several site visits and a three-day trip to Seville. KimKim made all of the necessary adjustments.
We did not get refunds on any flights, events, or hotels that were cancelled. In addition, there was no hospital insurance, a fact that we knew from the beginning.

KimKim helped us make the most of a difficult time, and I would recommend them to a friend.
