Nhung made many mistakes with the dates and desired activities. We told her many times we were not picking up/dropping off our 3d friend, Talya, at the airport. But Nhung messed that up so our first and fourth day activities were decreased to do the airport. We emailed her repeatedly to change it but she didn't. I feel we lost 25% of our trip potential itinerary. She also messed up the payments which I am still waiting for a refund

Our previous rep Sotiria was much more on top of things.

Our trip was perfect! Sotiria did a great job. I had tons of questions and she never seemed bothered by me and my need for details. She always responded quickly and was available before, during and after our trip. She went above and sent a anniversary gift our first night, to our hotel!

We were a group of 4 people visiting Iceland and we took several tours - the South Coast, Golden Circle, Silfra, Snæfellsnes, and the Blue Lagoon. Zeynep built our itinerary and gave us very clear instructions on the time and place to be for these tours. I will even give her credit for arranging for the terrific weather. When our return flight got changed, Zeynep was right on top of it and updated our return trip to the airport. Thorough, organized, and friendly! We were more than happy with the excellent service Zeynep provided and very grateful for her plans that allowed us to have a first rate visit. Thank you very much!

We enjoyed the guest house. First opportunity to see northern light. Also diamond beach. And glacier. And black sand beach. Everyone was helpful. And all accommodations where great.

Our guide Kristjan was knowledgeable, efficient, and tremendously flexible. All necessary attributes in dealing with our family!

We enjoy our trip in Iceland very much. Sotiria has been really helpful and answered all of our questions. Her planning has helped smooth our trip and we had more opportunity to enjoy the moment with less worry.

Absolute first rate experience - used kimkim for the first time and was not disappointed. Sotiria is super helpful and planned a great itinerary for us, tailored to our interests and timeline while also highlighting the best that Iceland has to offer. Special thanks to her for adding my spouse to the trip just 8-10 days before I was scheduled to leave! It ended up being a very memorable trip, and I will most definitely use the site again and recommend it to others (have already been doing so!)

Golden Circle tour with Jacob (Arctic Adventures) was great, as was the 2-day South Coast Tour with Siggi (Troll). Also highly recommend the Inside the Volcano tour - expensive, but really worth it! Hotel Skuggi is a nice hotel with a good location, decent rooms and good breakfast. Would also suggest staying close to Laugavegur to maximize the sights and time locally, something to keep in mind for other travelers.

I also found Sotiria's recommendations for Reykjavik quite useful (places to eat, shop, etc.). The whole experience with Iceland Unlimited was fantastic.

Sotiria was so helpful every step of the way. She answered all of our questions and communicated often and provided lots of information. About 2 weeks before our trip, we asked if we could add another person and she made all the arrangements to make that happen. The hotels she booked for us were excellent.
I loved all of Iceland. Each place we visited was beautiful and awe-inspiring. The country was so clean - no litter, buildings taken care of, etc. The people were friendly and helpful. The most memorable experiences for me were getting to see puffins and seals, riding horses on the beach and the glacial lagoon and diamond beach.

My family/group of 5 went on our own self guided tour and it was amazing getting to build our own itinerary and work with Sotiria. She made the trip planning a breeze and we were able to fully enjoy all the sights and natural wonders Iceland had to offer
