Where do I begin? Marisa and her team knocked our trip out of the park! They were able to design a trip that incorporated every aspect that we wanted in the short amount of time that we had. The Kim Kim app made it easy to go back and forth to make adjustments and when the time came for our trip it served as a great resource for our daily itineraries.
When we arrived in Portugal Marisa and her team then went above and beyond and created a WhatsApp chat so that we could communicate on a daily basis. This was a lifesaver on numerous occasions.
I highly recommend the service as we had a trip of a lifetime. We felt safe and supported at all times.
