Bella was great. She organized a custom trip through Japan for our family. She was helpful at suggestions for what might work best. We visited Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Hiroshima. We had two wonderful local guides, Ms Cho and Mr Hideo. We also had two different drivers. Bella was great at keeping in contact through planning and during our trip. If you get the chance to work with her, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful hotel with coffee available 24 hours. That was really nice during our transition to the new time zone. Rooms are small but comfortable.

We used the laundry service and it was prompt and easy. Only one washer dryer to do your own and it was always busy.

Only on site limited hours so makes check in a little complicated. Also they have limited breakfast available so order in advance.
