The planning and itinerary was nicely planned. It was a good balance of adventure and rest/recovery considering our 36hour flight from Singapore. The transfer instructions were clear and easy to follow and we didn’t face any issues in getting to Punta Arenas or Puerto Natales.
It would be better if it had been specifically brought to our attention that we had to book the internal flights within Chile. (Even though it was indicated in the comments of the trip instructions that such flight arrangements had to be made on our own, we would have sorted this out earlier if it was expressly made known to us in a clear manner upon confirmation of our trip i.e. things to do.
Nonetheless we had a great time and enjoyed the tours with our guides (Felipe and Jaime).
