Melanie was a fantastic agent! She was flexible in the planning, switching things around to best accommodate our needs, and had many suggestions about how to make our first trip to Italy a seemless and memorable experience! We would not hesitate to use Kim Kim (and Melanie) again as Melanie communicated at every step, from the initial contact, to the planning of the itinerary and she also organized everything we needed while in country (drivers, guides, tickets, etc). Melanie was extremely professional and responsive and a special thanks also to Agota who was there to keep us up to date on the itinerary, changes and logistics of our travel in and around Venice, Florence and Rome.
