Communication and responsiveness was excellent. This started with Lorena who was knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. I was late confirming my trip and Lorena recommended a revised agenda to get lower flight costs without me even asking. Vaale was on the button with all the local arrangements - all pick ups and drop offs worked like clockwork in conjunction with the excursions. Great trip made possible by Lorena and her Chilean team on the ground. Thank you for an unforgettable trip.
Hotel Review
The receptionists were very welcoming - Mariana and her colleagues including the night shift gentleman Sebastian. The hotel was spotless too. There was a couple of times when the hot water didn't seem to be working but it was just warm enough to shower.
