The overall experience was excellent. The guides chosen were knowledgable and the trip was organized very well. The accommodations were excellent.
Alex was excellent overall. She communicated well and on time. The only glitch we encountered, was we missed our pick up to Halong Bay. This cost us additional fees. We would have appreciated 10-15 minutes to go over the entire itinerary upon arrival with confirmation of times etc., or daily updates/ reminders by email.
In summary, our expectations were met and we found the whole experience excellent. I would not hesitate to book with Alex again.
